Parkir berbayar menggunakan tiket jadi cukup aman dan lahan parkirnya luas.
Ada musholla, alfamart, cafe, laundry, warung makan dll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya loh yah... Konsep bagus dan bener.. Tapi masalah nya di maintenance, pemeliharaan dan pengaturan. Jika 3 hal itu di lakukan, dan warga juga mau bersama sama melakukan nya, saya yakin aakan jadi lingkungan yg bagus, jauh dari kesan kumuh..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran aj kalau bisa kasih waktu buat driver online kalau masuk anter makanan atau paket belum 10menit diminta bayaran kasihan driver....kalau di rusun apron driver ojol free 10 menit masuk ke area rusun itu semoga ada tokeransi terima kasih
Just a suggestion if you can give the online driver time if you get food or the package hasn't been 10 minutes asked for payment sorry for the driver .... if the ojol driver apron flats are free 10 minutes enter the flat area, hopefully there will be tolerance, thank you
