β β β β β I don't recommend you to live here. Lately, a lot of people move out since the opposite across the street is wisma atlet, the place where they keep all the Covid patients. Not to mention the service. The trash is piled up as the cleaning service is too lazy to take out the trash on regular basis. The smell, urgh.. you would puke. The engineering service is Always put on hold for several hours. I had once had to wait for 3 hours, almost 4 hours. Lately, I was really offended by the management. The story began when my sink had a leak, I went down to ask for their help and even stating I was willing to pay the cost. The management had written the working permit paper and told me they would sent someone to check the leak the same day. But noone came until the day after tommorow, I asked them again via WhatsApp, but they said they would made another working permit paper. Of course I got upset, and complain that I had been waiting for 4 days without any staff coming to my unit to check. I wait again for their response the next day. The management wouldn't answer my Message. They neglected my request on purpose. I regret having bought this appartment. Even when I want to sell it now, the Price market have been declining, like jumping down. Buying or renting Maple Park appartment is really suicidal attemp after you known the facts. Oh, one more thing, the Lift had been fixed numerous time, you can't hardly find fine working Lift these days. There are Always trouble with the Lift

β β β β β Been live for a month at 21+ floor, got fully furnished studio room. So far, found no problem on utilities such as electricity and water, and everything was well maintained. Building got 2 towers, both equally easy to access, got closed lobby security 24/7. Facilities such swimming pool, gym, laundry service, ATM, and convenience store was well provided, some of it open for 24 hour. Reaching here was little bit challenge, since only private transport option facilties provided directly, got 2-level basement parking, but no public transport option for at least 100m radius. Pedestrian walkways was not good enough and difficult to access, it's like long walk to reach nearest Transjakarta Bus Halte 300m northbound. I recommend maximize sharing online transport for mobility.
