Dan aktif bersedia telepon balik pasien jika ada masalah atau perubahan, Nomor antrian dengan mesin,kasirnya cepat. ruang tunggu bersih dan nyaman dengan ac, kamar mandi ada 3 tersedia yang jongkok dan duduk .tersedia air minum di ruang tunggu, ada wifi aktif gratis, setiap makan siang ada pembagian makan gratis untuk pasien, ditaman ada tempat duduk nyaman bisa buat makan. dokternya memberikan penjelasan sangat detail. suster mila dan reni di poli sangat tanggap dan mau mendengar keluhan pasien dengan sabar . Dibagian sinar dalam ruang tunggu sangat nyaman dan Susternya sudah senior ramah2. Tersedia apotik khusus radioterapi dilantai 2. Perlu dijaga agar alatnya tidak kena banjir.
The service is very friendly and the process is step by step notified well by the receptionist and very easy for patients. And actively willing to call back the patient if there are problems or changes, the queue number with the machine, the cashier is fast. the waiting room is clean and comfortable with air conditioning, there are 3 bathrooms available that squat and sit. there is drinking water available in the waiting room, there is free active wifi, every lunch there is a distribution of free meals for patients, in the garden there is comfortable seating for eating. the doctor gave a very detailed explanation. Nurse Mila and Reni in Poli are very responsive and willing to listen to patient complaints patiently. The light in the waiting room is very comfortable and the sisters are senior friendly. Special chemotherapy radiotherapy is available on the 2nd floor. It needs to be maintained so that the equipment is not flooded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerja tidak efisien.. proses terlalu lama.. antrian menumpuk.. kesalahan2 kecil dr sistem maupun dr dokter yg bersangkutan membuat proses jadi makin lama
Inefficient work.. the process is too long.. the queues are piling up.. small errors from the system or from the doctor concerned make the process take longer
