★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit paling lambat dalam penanganan, 4 jam nunggu hasil dan tidak ada dokter yg ngeliat keadaan ibu saya bagaimana, percuma masang monitor kalo gk ada yg merhatiin juga. Suster disana juga kurang dalam menjalani tugas walapun tidak semua tapi butuh waktu 1 set jam buat suster datang (ganti shift). Dokternya tidak membantu sama sekali dan ngotot, saat di PON dibilang tidak ada indikasi stroke pas dipindahin di tempat lain ternyata bagian kiri mama saya sudah lemas dan terdapat indikasis stroke. Saran saya kalo masih ringan atau memang butuh BPJS tdk apa apa datang ke situ tapi kalo keasaan gawat jangan pernah kesini sama sekali

The doctor did not help at all and insisted, when he said there was no indication of a stroke when he moved to another place, it turned out that my mother's left side was weak and there was a stroke indication. My advice is if it's still light or you really need BPJS it's okay to come there but if it's urgent don't ever come here at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya profesional sekali. Mulai dari satpam sampai dokternya! ???? dan dari awal masuk IGD sudah ditanyakan ada BPJS atau tidak, kalau ada sekalian dibawa ke tempat pendaftaran.
Pas masuk IGD Bapak saya langsung ditangani dengan cepat dan tidak dibuat menunggu.
Untuk ukuran kamar BPJS kelas 1, di sini kamarnya nyaman, ada sofa untuk 3 orang dan lega. Kamar mandinya pun besar juga. Oia, kamar mandinya 1 berdua dengan kamar sebelahnya. Jadi ini 2 kamar ada sekat dinding dan kamar mandinya 1 gitu. Overall nyaman kok.
Di sini penjagaannya juga ketat kalau belum waktu besuk ya gak boleh masuk. Yang jagain pasien juga hanya boleh 1 orang saja dan pakai idcard.
Jam besuknya hari Senin sampai Jumat jam 5 sore sampai jam 7 malam. Kalau hari Sabtu dan Minggu ada 2, jam 11 sampai jam 1 dan jam 5 sore sampai jam 7 malam.
Dan ini rumah sakit yang lebih banyak untuk pasien stroke. Jadi kalau punya kerabat yang ada gejala stroke segera diperiksakan ya.

For BPJS class 1 room size, here the room is comfortable, there is a sofa for 3 people and a relief. The bathroom is big too. Oia, 1 bathroom together with the next room. So in this 2 rooms there is a wall and 1 bathroom. Overall comfortable.
Here, the security is also tight if you haven't visited before, you can't enter. The one who takes care of the patient is only allowed for one person and uses an idcard.
Visit hours are Monday to Friday at 5 pm to 7 pm. If there are 2 Saturdays and Sundays, 11 to 1 o'clock and 5 pm to 7 pm.
And this is more hospitals for stroke patients. So if you have relatives who have symptoms of a stroke, you should immediately have it checked out
