★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a regular private hospital. If you choose the right doctor, it will be fine. I wasn't very happy about a meeting my husband and I had with one of the Internal Medicine Specialists here. We did choose him kinda randomly because we saw that his title shows that he was the right subspecialist for the problem my husband had. I saw his rating in a health social media platform, and everybody said that he was good. Turned out our meeting with him was, to us, unsatisfactory. Despite having already explained that my husband has had a gallstone problem, he didn't examine thoroughly and insisted that the problem was just due to stress. The medicine, which mostly contain anti-stress medication, was not cheap at all. My husband ended up having his gallbladder removed in another hospital. I also agree with one of the reviews someone posted here that says that this hospital is not for the elderies because there usually is a very long queue. That day we arrived at 10.30 and left the hospital at around 15.30. That's probably because they accept BPJS patients too. However, the pharmacy has a delivery service, and I do think that this is nice and helpful.
