After over an hour trying to call, got through the operator and when I ask the operator to patch to gastrooncology dept/sec, he patch me to Gynecology sect instead. After asking to patch back to operator, the call dropped. And calling again and again and again no answer from the operator. And the call keeps dropping. Very very bad system.
Somebody from the hospital, the owner maybe or the management should read and review this. So many bad comments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're budget-restricted, don't come to this hospital. Service rates in general are higher than at other hospitals but they have complete and hi-tech facilities. Outpatient services are generally good. Staff are friendly and helpful. But my inpatient experience isn't as delightful. Nurses were not very friendly and informative and the doctor at that time wasn't very empathetic. The plus point is they accept BPJS patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everthing is great.... the doctors, the nurses,etc but they have to improve inpatient cashier department it look very long time to checking out even it was not in busy day..... they blew others department good works.... leaving bad impression for the whole experience during there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service rate is higher than common hospital I think except you use insurance or bpjs. And I wonder why they don't put the fix schedule of their doctors in the website. Another thing is actually the building looks luxurious with all the resto n cafes in almost every floor? Quiet interesting.
