Pihak rumah sakit tolong dievaluasi lagi pelayanan dokter spesialisnya, seperti dokter Sylvia SpM tersebut yg sangat kasar terhadap anak kecil dan berakibat trauma terhadap si anak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya agak sedikit lama sih, tapi bisa dimaklumi karena memang pasien yg datang kesini banyak banget.
Tapi penanganan nya menurut aq cukup baik karena ditangani dengan tenaga medis profesional.
Pelayanan nya pun dibagi berdasarkan zonasi sesuai dengan kedaruratan, jadi yg butuh penanganan segera terpisah dari pasien dengan keluhan ringan.
The service is a bit long, but it's understandable because there are so many patients who come here.
But in my opinion, the treatment was quite good because it was handled by professional medical personnel.
The services are also divided based on zoning according to the emergency, so those who need immediate treatment are separated from patients with mild complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suster jutek,ketus bangett.infus bapak saya berhenti gak jalan sampe keluar darah dibiarin,saya minta tolong beberapa suster malah dicuekin, ada yg jawab nanti dulu kerjaan saya masih ada.haduh perawat kok kayak gitu.apalagi security nya gak sopan trus songong banget, kaka saya cuma liatin infus nya jalan atau nggak malah diusir sambil bilang ibu disitu aja pelototin terus infus nya biar jalan yaampun gak ada sopan2 nya mentang2 kami pake KIS pelayanan nya kek gitu.?
The nurse was rude, very curt. How come the nurse is like that.
