★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan kesehatan bagus, pasien BPJS pun tidak dibedakan dengan pasien non-BPJS.
Namun yang perlu saya garis bawahi, tolong untuk aturan penunggu pasien atau pergantian penunggu pasien di infokan sejelas-jelasnya kepada keluarga pasien, dan disamakan persepsinya antara tim satpam yg jaga. Menurut pengalaman saya, tim satpam satu dan lainnya tidak sama aturannya dan tidak memberikan info yg jelas kepada saya saat menjadi penunggu pasien, menyebabkan kesalahpahaman antara saya dan satpam yang jaga di shift yang lain, saya ditegur karena sebuah aturan padahal aturan tersebut belum diinfokan kepada saya sejak awal saya menunggu pasien d RSI ini. Tolong ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan terhadap pasien dan keluarga pasien agar tidak terjadi lagi hal yang tidak menyenangkan demi kenyamanan bersama.

But what I need to underline, please, for the rules of patient waiting or the change of patient waiting, be informed as clearly as possible to the patient's family, and make the perception equal between the security guard team on duty. In my experience, one security team and another did not have the same rules and did not provide clear information to me while waiting for the patient, causing misunderstandings between me and the security guard on another shift, I was reprimanded for a rule even though the rule had not been informed to me I have been waiting for this patient at RSI since the beginning. Please improve service to patients and their families so that unpleasant things don't happen again for the sake of mutual comfort.

Since covid, sick people can focus on rest, it's not crowded, plus the hospital is clean and quiet. The service at the hospital continues to improve. Thank you

Apalagi klo jam makan siang . Di bagian pendaftaran &informasi g ada orang sama sekali. Iya sih utamakan ibadah, tapi profesional kerja juga . Bisa gantian gt jam istirahatnya .
Come here often. But slow service.
Especially at lunch time. In the registration & information section there is no one at all. Yes, I prioritize worship, but work professionals too. Can you change your break time?

tp keran air panas tidak panas sama sekali sama spt dingin, kami harus masak air sendiri dirumah masukkan termos bawa kesini untuk washlap dll
the hospital is spacious and clean, quite complete with general facilities
but the hot water tap is not hot at all like it's cold, we have to cook our own water at home, put in a thermos, bring it here for a washcloth etc.
