★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini baru namanya pelayanan kesehatan. Pegawainya ramah2. Murah senyum, pelayanan nya jg sangat baik. Bukan membandingkan dgn klinik lain aplgi sm puskesmas yg dikecamatan itu ya. Tp ini jauh lbh baik.
This is just a health service. The staff are friendly. Cheap smiles, the service is also very good. Not comparing with other clinics, application with the puskesmas in the sub-district, right. But this is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik rujukan faskes pertama yang saya pilih karena pelayanannya yang prima. Tahun 2020 bolak balik berobat kesana dan dilayani dengan sangat baik. Sayang, menurut saya performa pelayanannya turun, entah karena pergantian beberapa staff atau bagaimana. Saat saya kembali berobat bulan februari 2022 saya merupakan pasien pertama dan hanya ada satu antrian pasien lain setelah saya. Yang agak membuat saya kecewa adalah menunggu terlalu lama untuk masuk ke ruang periksa karena dokter sedang kedatangan tamu. Padahal tamu tersebut datang beberapa waktu setelah saya mendaftar. Agak disayangkan sih jika saja pasien yang datang membutuhkan penanganan cepat seperti pasien balita yang antri setelah saya. Apakah iya, perlu menunggu selama itu yang akhirnya menggeser antrian saya?
Sayang sekali padahal untuk konsutasi dokter di ruang periksa dilayani begitu baik. Demikiqn sedikit masukan dari saya ?
The first health facility referral clinic I chose because of its excellent service. In 2020 back and forth for treatment there and were served very well. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the service performance has decreased, either because of the change of some staff or something. When I returned for treatment in February 2022 I was the first patient and there was only one other patient queue after me. What disappointed me a bit was that I waited too long to enter the examination room because the doctor had a visitor. Even though the guest came some time after I registered. It would be a shame if the patient who came in needed quick treatment like a toddler who was lining up after me. Is it necessary to wait that long which finally shifts my queue?
It's a shame even though the doctor's consultation in the examination room is served so well. That's a little input from me ?
