★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya baik, pelayanan juga ramah, tapi entah mengapa saya baru program kehamilan beberapa kali disini, hasil rekam medis saya bisa bocor ke instansi tempat saya kerja padahal itu rahasia pasien, saya takut kedepannya membahayakan keutuhan keluarga saya, jadi saya pindah program ke tempat lain saja. Mohon untuk dibimbing kepada para staffnya untuk lebih menjaga kerahasiaan pasien, krn hal ini sangat merugikan saya. Kedepannya supaya tidak merugikan pasien2 yg lain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dua kali kesini, yg pertama sudah 2thn yg lalu mau nanya2 dulu eh salah satu petugas judes bgt. Beberapa hari yg lalu swab rapid antigen, nunggu lama dan dokternya juga gak ramah. Tapi mayan sih harganya termasuk murah yg hanya di sayangkan rapid antigen disini data gak masuk di apk e-HAC jadi sedikit repot buat perjalanan yg harus menggunakan apk e-HAC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman saya lahiran di rs permata 2 minggu lalu. Petugas administrasi, farmasi, pendaftaran semua sgt ramah dan pelayanannya baik. Tp yg saya sesalkan dgn pelayanan dokter dan bidan di ruang bersalin. Saya diberi obat pacu sblm lahiran, tp pas udh waktunya lahir dokter tdk ada ditempat dgn alasan sedang pergi keluar kota dmn saya pikir kl diksh obat pacu dlm pengawasan dokter dan pada akhirnya di tolong dgn bidan (tanpa ada konfirmasi sblmnya, krn dari awal saya mendaftar lahiran dgn dokter). Yg kedua mgkn bidan di ruang persalinan perlu upgrade ilmu sbg provider lahiran normal. Krn bidan di ruang bersalin tdk mengutamakan kenyamanan psikologis pasien yg akan bersalin, pertama datang gerudukan tanpa aba2 kyk ayoo cpt lahiran, tdk memperhatikan kenyamanan posisi mengejan pasien (pokok e hrs kyk gini manut sama bidan) kl pasiennya g nyaman malah jd stress yg mau lahiran. Padahal dikota lain udh byk bidan2 yg mengutaman kenyamanan lahiran untuk pasien. Lbh banyak upgradr ilmu aja,

Untuk pelayanan RSIA cukup bagus, terutama perawat di ruang bersalin dan ruang perawatan.. klo untuk ruang ICU perlu sedikit di tambah pelayanan nya terutama soal keramahan petugas perawat
RSIA Permata is a very strategic place, close to the Purworejo square, beside it there is an Indomaret and also a mosque, and there are also traveling sellers
For the RSIA service, it is quite good, especially nurses in the delivery room and treatment room... for the ICU room, the service needs to be added a little, especially regarding the friendliness of the nurses
