★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Share pengalaman aja, kemaren struk berobat hilang, struk tsb dibutuhkan buat klaim mandiri, waktu minta reprint di kasir malah di suruh ke kantor polisi dulu minta surat keterangan hilang, padahal waktu berobat anak tahun lalu kejadian yg sama langsung di print ulang, siapa juga yg mau habisin waktu buat ngurus ke kantor polisi struk yg ga seberapa, udah waktu kebuang, belum lagi nanti di kantor polisi berbelit2, mungkin karna sudah rame kali ya jadi serasa pelayanannya semakin mundur
