★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no complain for the doctors and the nurses there, but the bureaucracy system is a mess. Literally I wait 5 hours, in which 4 hours allocated for waiting and waiting. Please get some digitalization already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disapointed with this hospital, especially for Bpjs patient services. I spend 6 hours there (2 hour for registration, 1 hour to meet the doctor, and 3 hours for labolatorium check) without any result. This hospital is only good in building but not in services ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An emergency due to my wife was having high fever for two days in a row.
Entering emergency room and was directly handled with the nurse and afterwards doctor in charge.
Taking blood sample and after 30 minutes results was out and can go home.
The administration was good, can use BPJS if only doctor was said an emergency.
But we didn't pay a dime it was covered all by BPJS.
Thank you Doctor Ester Sumara and other staff that in charge tonight for taking good care of my wife.
Very professional doctor and staff.
