β β β β β I got worse service in IGD especially with the nurses. It doesnβt have any chance or solution for the patient who used to BPJS. Iβm sorry to say but this is truly WORST and RUDE, PLEASE manager TEACH the nurses how to speak NICELY with CALM to the patient. Hopefully never been to the hospital again for next time Thatβs it. ?βΉοΈ thanks

β β β β β I can't say much because i came here just to had Antigen-Test. But yea, this hospital is a bit old from the look of it, perhaps a little make up will make it better, also the floor here truly had many dent that everytime a table-trolley stroll pass it will create annoying sound lol

β β β β β First of all i wanna says thanks, but the system make me mad. This is my 2nd times comes. 1st one a bill, they say wrong input, correct but nothing changing, and second they put wrong birth day. Come on. I not use BPJS for 2nd times. May i ask the nurse learn terapetik comunication?
