Kami menghaturkan terima kasih banyak atas penanganan yang sangat baik terhadap suami saya yang telah menjalani operasi benjolan di dahi pada hari Jumat 8 April 2016 . Kami merasa sangat puas mulai dari pendaftaran, persiapan, pelaksanaan, sampai selesai operasi bahkan perhatian masih dilanjutkan sampai kapan dan jam berapa harus kontrol, itu selalu diingatkan terus oleh pihak Klinik Adelia. Semua Petugas selalu ramah membuat suasana hati sejuk. Semoga pelayanan tersebut dapat dipertahankan selamanya.

We thank you very much for the very good handling of my husband who underwent a lump surgery on the forehead on Friday 8 April 2016. We feel very satisfied from the registration, preparation, implementation, until the completion of the operation and even the attention continues until when and at what time to control, it is always reminded by the Adelia Clinic. All officers are always friendly to make a cool mood. Hopefully this service can be maintained forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada dokter yg tidak berkompeten di RS ini, menjahit luka saja nggak bisa sampai ada jaringan yg mati gara2 itu. Akhirnya memutuskan buat pindah RS.
There are doctors who are not competent in this hospital, they can't even stitch up the wound until there is a tissue that dies because of that. Finally decided to move hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Umum dan BPJS pun bisa. Bisa penanganan operasi dengan cepat. Fasilitas lengkap. Namun parkiran masih kurang nyaman

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tersedia swab antigen Rp160.000 dengan pengambilan sampel lendir melalui hidung ditambah ditanbah biaya adm Rp30.000. Proses cepet sekitar 20 menit saja dan tidak banyak antrian. Menerima pembayaran non tunai. Parkir luas, pelayanan baik.
There is an antigen swab of Rp. 160,000 with mucus sampling through the nose plus an adm fee of Rp. 30,000. The process is fast, only about 20 minutes and not many queues. Accept cashless payments. Spacious parking, good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga paham deh.. Geleng2 sekaligus emosi. Sebelum berangkat kesana uda confirm mau datang jam magrib untuk antigen. Nyampe sana dtolak karna barangnya ga ada. Muke gileee mainan waktu, duit, dan tenaga org. Dsuruh balik lagi besokan paginya jam 6. Trus ngapain confirm2 wa malihhhhh. Pokoknya ati2 dehh.. Yg diiklanin, yg diomongin d wa ga sesuai sama dilapangan. Trims deh adelia. Trimss bgdd looohhhh ga lagi lagiii.
I don't understand.. I'm shaking and emotional at the same time. Before leaving there, I confirmed that I would come at sunset for antigens. When I got there, it was rejected because the item wasn't there. Muke gilee toy with people's time, money and energy. I was told to come back the next morning at 6. So what are you doing confirming wa malihhhhh. Anyway, be careful... What's advertised, what's being said doesn't match what's in the field. Thanks Adelia. Thank you very much looohhhh not again.
