★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here for almost 1 year, owner are super nice. Convenient since you just walk across the street to use Transjakarta Bus. Very chill in the evening and well maintained. Reccommended if you're looking a place to stay in South Jakarta or near the Ragunan Zoo (literally in front of the property)

Strategic place next to Ragunan Zoo.
Have public rest room, nice garden with 2 gazebos for guest.
Price are expensive for me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good guest house with friendly staff. The room looks like 2-stars hotel. They even use card access to open room's door. Inside, you'll find fair bed with bathroom, television, chair, and balcony.
The AC works really well.
Good place to stay for couple days.
