Banjarsari Residence - South Jakarta City

Lokasi strategis (5 minutes walk from MRT Fatmawati, 10 minutes walk from Cilandak Town Square, 10 minutes walk from RS Fatmawati). Kost bersih dan nyaman, kost berada di lingkungan perumahan yang aman, dan penghuni rumah & kost sangat ramah.

Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan laundry, kampus, pusat perbelanjaan, tempat ibadah, dan rumah sakit. Lingkungan perumahan juga aman. Kos bersih dan sejuk, kamar nyaman. Kekurangannya hanya wifi beberapa kali suka bermasalah. Overall sangat baik.

Kosnya bersih, rapi, bangunannya sangat bagus, dekat MRT fatmawati dan citos. Harga juga terjangkau

Kosnya bersih, ibu nya ramah banget, harga nya worth dengan fasilitas yang diberikan. Ditambah lagi deket banget sama MRT Fatmawati sehingga mudah transportasinya.

kos bersih dan tertata rapi brang2ny. kamarnya juga luas dan comfy bnget. ditmbh dgn daerah banjarsari yg aman karena selalu ad penjaga didpan portal. another plus pointnya kalau mau ke mrt fatmwati atau citos itu masi walking distance. ibu kostnya juga baik bnget ?

Kosnya bersih, WCnya oke, wifinya kenceng, kamarnya juga oke banget. Ibu kosnya juga ramah. Lingkungan sekitar Banjarsari juga cukup aman dan dekat sekali dengan stasiun MRT Fatmawati. Overall seneng banget tinggal disana dan bakal kangen daerah Banjarsari yang asri :)

Good Place, clean, and comfortable

The only reason this is a 4-Star Rating instead of 5 is because of the behavior of a housemate that I will detail here as my way to support the next Tenant in making the decision to rent a room at Banjarsari Residence. I rented Room B (left after less than one month with living in hotels in between). Why? Although you will love Room B too—it's with one caveat: the immature, high-schooler-ish housemate (she’s not but she behaves like one) will be your next-door neighbor. We—except for this next-door neighbor, all know that to live in a shared space means to respect the right to rest of each other. She, on the other hand, demands the whole world to go with whenever she plans to make her phone calls. You are asleep AT MIDNIGHT and she’s making a call and she’s being a drama queen stomping her feet talking till you are abruptly awake? No you can’t complain—because apparently although she does NOT rent the whole house: she thinks she does. I wake up every 3 AM to talk with my boyfriend in Paris. Have I ever woken her up? No because I typed instead of talking. It’s easy—I have class. I fully realize I don’t rent the whole house (and neither does she). I don’t have the need to make noises. I can also assure you that this is not the problem of “Ketimuran”: Since Her Majesty’s Phone Call Schedule were nights in a row—some were still going after 11 PM, I moved to hotels. Why? Because I can afford hotels. Most importantly: Mental Health and Sleep Quality come first—especially during this pandemic. While moving around staying in hotels: I can tell you that no, the Guests did not behave like she does. I could sleep without interruptions. The message is clear: people with CLASS don’t do what she thinks “her rights to do.” Speaking of your rights as a Tenant, you will love the Banjarsari Residence Owner. Lived in LA and studied in Paris, I can testify that the Owner of Banjarsari Residence restores my faith of Ethical Business Done with Heart in Asia. She, the Owner, though lives in the same address as us the Tenants: - respects your privacy. Elegantly she asked first whether I would be OK to be added into the Tenant WhatsApp Group (wow, thank you, Tante Desi) - lets you in her house as you are her long-lost family: I was shared the Idul Fitri Feast - helped me settling down in my room the First Night I arrived in Banjarsari Residence: we two girls pushing around the heavy 2-door wardrobe and we were talking as she was lining my drawers with pretty paper Tante Desi, thank you for everything you do. You and Banjarsari Residence will remain the Most Beautiful Place in Jakarta to me ❤️ 5 Stars for Banjarsari Residence are for the following reasons: - PREMIUM Water for Tenants: Aq*a (while most of the kost-kost an provide shady brand bottles or “UV Water Filter”. In one of those exclusive kosts I had severe diarrhea because of this Water Filter thing) - Room B (that was my room) is the Premiere. This room has 3 windows where you can sit by and work whole day. Your room will be sunny till around 4 PM. It’s great! - Plants, plants, plants: You will feel that you live in a Secret Garden. You will love the surrounding area and the Owner is a Plant Lover. Banjarsari Residence is a Green House. One Recommendation to the Owner: Just like everywhere else in the world: as the Owner of the Residence, you actually have the ABSOLUTE right to strictly apply the House Rule about “QUIET HOURS”. This will PROTECT ALL Tenants. This is fair for all Tenants—not just a particular person—especially if that particular person is without awareness. Proof that she is without awareness? This next-door neighbor knocked on my door at 8:30 PM (lol) and by doing so she thought she’s the Most Noble Person in the world? Are you kidding me? I don’t want your cookies. I just want my right of rest—uninterrupted sleep. The world does not revolve around you. Neither my schedule.
