★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong ya mba yg tadi di counter depan, yg lagi shift sore sampe malem ini (tgl 12-02-20), kalau ngelayanin customer itu yang ramah dong. Dari sore ngegas mulu sama customer, termasuk gue. Gue tau lagi rame, tapi kan waktu sore gue udah bilang mau ambil surat rujukannya malem, salah siapa belum dikerjain ???? Tanggung jawab lah, bukannya gue yg dibilangin jangan jam segini bu lagi rame. Aduuh profesional dikit dong. Jangan marah2 mulu. Gue juga bayar kali bpjs tiap bulan gak nunggak!!!!!!!
Nyesel banget gue berobat kesitu. Bakalan pindah faskes walaupun cuma gara2 satu orang doang. Ciri2nya mukanya songong, masih muda, kulit sawo matang. Pokonya nanti lu pada tau deh siapa tuh orangnya. Sayangnya tadi gue gak nanya namanya siapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat buruk. Kita itu sakit bukan mau main. Tapi knp harus nunggu lama bngt. Pdahal dokter'a ada.
Kita juga bayar bukan gratis. Ada perawat yg ga ramah juga...
Very bad service. We are sick, we don't want to play. But why did you have to wait such a long time. Even though there are doctors.
We also pay not for free. There are nurses who are not friendly too ...

spacious waiting room & parking lot, lots of seats, air con and tv, friendly but long service in the queue ... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Korupsi waktu katanya mulai pemanggilan antrian jam 1 tapi sudah jam 2 masih belum gerak, ini pelayanan masyarakat yg kurang baik apa hanya karena pakai BPJS jadi sengaja di lama²in.
Saya ke sini tuh buat berobat bukan sengaja main ke sini leha² atau semacamnya..

Saya baru pertama kali mau berobat kesanah, terlepas dengan mengesampingkan review orang lain yang sangat buruk tentang klinik ini. Saya kira mungkin ada kesalahan dari orang orang tersebut dan Ternyata BENAR. Attitudenya sangat JELEK untuk Seorang yang bekerja di pelayanan. Semoga dijadikan Pelajaran Mbaknya. Intonasi Dan Cara penyampaian itu berpengaruh mbak. Apa gak malu mbak banyak yang berkomentar jelek tentang Mbak. Terima Kasih.
