★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang bagus, besar, bersih dan fasilitas lumayan lengkap dalam kamar, ada AC, TV, Lemari, Kulkas, Dispenser dan kamar mandi ada air panasnya..
Untuk harga kamar permalam sangat terjangkau untuk kelas VIP yaitu 350.000/malam (pada September 2019).
Perawatnya ramah - ramah, tidak seperti di IGD yang perawatnya judes2.
The room is nice, big, clean and the facilities are quite complete in the room, there is AC, TV, Wardrobe, Refrigerator, Dispenser and the bathroom has hot water ..
For the price of an overnight room it is very affordable for the VIP class that is 350,000 / night (in September 2019).
The nurses are friendly, not like those in the emergency room where the nurses are bitchy.

Petugas pendaftaran yang kurang cepat sehingga terjadi penumpukan di ruang tunggu, sedangkan ruang tunggu tidak luas. Sangat berbahaya disituasi pandemi ini.
Security,perawat sampai dokter sangat tidak ramah.
Kurangnya arahan sehingga banyak orang yang mengalami kebingungan baik dalam mengurus administrasi dan keperluan lainnya.
