★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat miris sekali RSUD pelayananya sangat....sangat mengecewakan kurang sigap terhadap pasien . . . Suster perawat juga dokter semuanya kurang optimal kebanyakan nganggur daripada melayani pasienya . . . Giaaaateeeeeel
 It's very sad that the hospital's service is very ... very disappointing and not responsive to patients. . . Nurses and doctors are all less than optimal, mostly unemployed than serving their patients. . . Giaaateeeeel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pribadi, kedepannya jgn kesini lagi walaupun urgent. Minggu 6 feb jam 16.00 adik saya kejang posisi saya tdk ada dirumah ortu saya langsung bawa ke rsud karena panik, langsung di infus sm perawat disana, Magrib pindah ke ruangan C3, di ruangan itu ac 12 menit mati sendiri dan itupun ga dingin. namanya anak kecil infus di tarik jadi copot, di infus lagi yg ke 2, itupun infus ga dapet2 alhasil coba dri tangan kanan, tgn kiri, kaki blm dpt2 juga trus infus dapet di tangan kanan. Posisi itu adik saya gabole minum susu ataupun minum air, saya curiga infus ga jalan, adik saya nangis terus, dikasi lah oksigen, jam 11 dia parah kritis muka membiru smpe perawat disana pada dateng smua ke ruangan c3, alhamdulillah msh selamat walaupun kritis banget. Posisi itu perawat nyalahin kita krn ac nyala terus padahal 12mnt sekali,Selepas saya mnta pindah ke icu, setelah proses jawab di kertas ya tidak ya tidak, jam 12 di bawa ke icu, ternyata pas smpe di icu, ternyata lubang infus ke 2 yg tadi di pasang ama perawat itu ga masuk sama sekali, tangan adik saya ampe bengkak biru + basah krn infus. Ternyata dia dehidrasi krn infus ga masuk dri magrib. Silahkan di baca lagi pengalaman saya, pelayanan buruk, profesionalitas rendah pasang infus aja ampe gabisa bikin adik saya ampe kritis gegara itu, cukup sy yg ngalamin pikir 2x klo mau ke rsud, terimakasih

Sunday 6 February at 16.00 my sister had a seizure my position was not at my parents' house I immediately took her to the hospital because she panicked, the nurse was given an IV immediately, Magrib moved to room C3, in that room the AC turned off for 12 minutes and even then it wasn't cold. the name of a small child, the infusion is pulled out, the second infusion is in again, and even then the infusion doesn't work, so I tried it from my right hand, left hand, feet didn't get it, then the infusion got in the right hand. In that position, my sister can't drink milk or drink water, I suspect the infusion won't work, my sister keeps crying, she is given oxygen, at 11 she is critically blue, her face turns blue so all the nurses there came to room C3, thank God she was safe even though she was very critical. In that position the nurse blamed us because the ac kept on even though it was once 12 minutes, after I asked to move to the ICU, after the process of answering on the paper yes no yes no, at 12 o'clock I was brought to the ICU, it turned out that when I got to the ICU, it turned out to be the 2nd infusion hole earlier the nurse plugged it in and didn't come in at all, my sister's hand was swollen blue + wet because of the infusion. Turns out he was dehydrated because the infusion didn't come in at dusk. Please re-read my experience, bad service, low professionalism, just put infusions to the point that it can't make my sister so critical because of that, it's enough for me to think twice about going to the hospital, thank you

Berbagi pengalaman ajah di RSUD.
Suter di ruangan C 2 , kurang ramah..
Dari malam sampe pagi di mintain benerin infusan gak dateng2,. Yg dateng malah anak PKL yg gak bisa bisa.,
Susternya malah tidur ..
Infusnya baru di betulin sama suster sift pagi,.
Berbeda di ruangan K mas, susternya ramah..

Saran ajah sih, tempat parkirnya bayarnya jangan per jam, . Kya di mall, padahal RSUD rumah sakit daerah, kasian orang2 yg gak punya uang, kayaknya terlalu mahal buat orang yg nginep lama.
Semoga RSUD kedepanya bisa lebih memilih suster2 yg ramah ? dan lebih maju ?

It's different in the K-mas room, the nurse is friendly..

Just a suggestion, don't pay for the parking lot by the hour, . It's like in the mall, even though it's a regional hospital, it's a pity for people who don't have money, it seems too expensive for people who stay for a long time.
Hopefully the hospital in the future can choose nurses who are friendly and more advanced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah ya bikin orang nunggu tuh gak enak, udah mana nunggu 3 jam lebih. Mikir dong yg dibawa orang sakit bukan orang sehat. Tolonglah pengertiannya, mentang2 pake BPJS gak dilayani sebagaimana mestinya. Nunggu dari pagi sampe siang, dari penuh sampe kosongnya blm ada konfirmasi apa2. Jelek banget asli.
I swear it's not good to make people wait, where have you been waiting for more than 3 hours. Think about what sick people bring, not healthy people. Please understand, just because using BPJS is not being served properly. Waiting from morning until noon, from full to empty, there has been no confirmation whatsoever. Really ugly original.
