Perawat diruang bersalin masyaAlloh ... Inget mbak bu kalian perempuan yg akan merasakan persalinan.. kl bertingkah coba memposisikan didiri dipasien.. heran dah dokternya aj ramah perawatny mlh blagu .. berharap akan ad RS lain dicawas yg lbh ramah dan baik pelayanan nya?????
Masha Allah's maternity room nurse... Remember, ma'am, you are a woman who will experience labor.. if you act, try to position yourself in the patient.. I'm surprised that the doctor is friendly, the nurse is blagu.. I hope there will be another hospital in Cawas that is more friendly and has better service

jumat 29 Oktober 2021 sekitar jam setengah 2. Saya mau periksa telinga di poli THT, tapi ga suka bgt sama salah satu karyawan perawatnya. sepatunya abu2 (nah lo sampe inget saking sebel ny) , saya mendekat tanya nomer antrian di taruh mana, jawabannya judes bgt, tolong sebagai perawat yang ramah, pasien jadi tambah sakit kalo responnya seperti itu, ga semua pasien tau mekanisme nya gimana, jadi wajar tanya. Satu lagi kalo mengingatkan pasien akan lebih baik beradab, Berjalan dekati pasien dan beritahu dengan baik, jangan hanya duduk dan teriak2, kasian lo pasien. kalo ga boleh foto ya kasi tulisan di larang foto. Fasilitasnya di tambah lagi (kasi tulisan dilarang foto)... biar tauu. Adab nya di perbaiki nggih.. sayang sekolah tinggi tapi adabnya kurang... Yang ramahlah setidaknya.. (di contoh dokter2/ perawat ramah yang lain) moso kalah sama tukang parkir. saya di sana bayar ga gratis. Takut ya di foto? karena banyak perawat yg mainan hp... masih baik ga tak upload di sini orangnya :/

One more thing if you remind the patient that it is better to be civilized, Walk up to the patient and tell him well, don't just sit and shout, poor patient. If you can't take a photo, it's written that it's forbidden to take photos. The facilities are added again (since writing is prohibited from taking photos) ... so you know. The etiquette has been improved. I'm not there paying for free. Afraid of taking photos? because there are a lot of nurses who play with cellphones... still good or not, don't upload people here :/

APM sangat membantu saat pendaftaran, tinggal pencet registrasi ulang masukin nomor rekam medis semua sdh otomatis tercetak, selain itu bisa tau semua informasi dari APM. sayang ada review yang tidak bisa merasakan manfaat dari adanya APM, mereka bisa chat whatsapp, bisa fban, bisa IGan, bisa yutuban, bisa ambil uang di ATM, bisa kasih review disini, tapi tidak bisa menggunakan APM, kan aneh. padahal disamping APM sudah disedikan petunjuk penggunaannya, tidak mau baca, tidak bisa baca atau tidak mau tau?? #ReviewAtasAneAneh
APM is very helpful during registration, just press re-registration, enter the medical record number, everything is automatically printed, besides that you can know all the information from APM. Unfortunately there are reviews that can't benefit from the APM, they can chat whatsapp, can fban, can IGan, can YouTube, can take money at ATMs, can give reviews here, but can't use APM, that's weird. even though in addition to the APM instructions for use have been provided, don't want to read, can't read or don't want to know?? #ReviewTopAneAneh

Hari ini, ahad 20 februari 2022, pukul 14.00 wib, saya tes antigen di Lab RSI cawas. Pukul 14.30 wib hasil sdh keluar. Namun sampai tulisan ini dibuat, pukul 17.00 wib, hasil tes belum keluar di aplikasi peduli lindungi. Sedangkan hasil tes ini akan digunakan untuk syarat penerbangan besok pagi. Saat ini, saya akan menuju Klinik lain untuk tes antigen ulang, agar penerbangan besok tidak ada kendala, sambil menunggu hasil tes antigen, siapa tahu muncul di aplikasi peduli lindungi sebelum tes di klinik berikutnya. Semoga Allah Swt, Tuhan YME, memberikan kemudahan dalam perjalanan saya. Aamiin.
Today, Sunday, February 20, 2022, at 14.00 WIB, I did an antigen test at the Cawas RSI Lab. At 14.30 WIB the results are out. However, as of this writing, at 17.00 WIB, the test results have not yet been released in the Care Protect application. While the results of this test will be used for flight conditions tomorrow morning. Right now, I'm going to another clinic for a re-antigen test, so that tomorrow's flight will have no problems, while waiting for the results of the antigen test, who knows it will appear on the Care Protect application before the test at the next clinic. May Allah SWT, the Almighty God, make my journey easy. Amen.

Mohon Maaf kepada Staf dan Jajaran RSU I Islam Cawas.mohon diperhatikan Pelayanan di poliklinik nya...asisten dokter atau yg mencatat bagian tensi atau berat badan pada anak balita.mohon diedukasi lagi tentang penyampaian informasi dan pelayanan nya...saya pribadi selaku pasien cuma Nanya Bagaimana alur memberikan nomor dan surat kontrolnya.tetapi jwabnnya kasar dan agak membentak,..lah saya nanya baik2 dengan nada pelan dijawab begitu..ya reflek saya membentak juga...saya jwb..Saya cuma Nanya Ini ditaruh dimna...asisten baru menjawab..Dibawa pak.langsung saya jwb lagi..nah gitu kan enak.namanya org tau nanya ya wajar..nanya apa dijwb apa kan saya bingung...mohon juga alur dr proses kontrol itu diberi penjelas didepan poliklinik.baik gambar mau pun tulisan..jd kami para pasien ga bingung dan ga nanya ke asisten dokter yg lagi sibuk...kami disini menggunakan Jasa Pengobatan di Rsu i Islam Cawas..jd mohon diperbaiki dr SDM para karyawan nya.. diutamakan melayani dgn tutur kata yg sopan.sesibuk2 apapun jgn pernah njawab pertanyaan org atau pasien dengan nada kasar.
Sorry to the staff and ranks of RSU I Islam Cawas. Please pay attention to the services at the polyclinic...the doctor's assistant or the one who records the tension or weight section for children under five. Please be educated again about the delivery of information and services...I personally as a patient just asking how is the flow of giving the number and control letter. but the answer is rude and a bit yelling,..that's why i asked nicely in a low voice and answered that..yes my reflex snapped too...i answered..i'm just asking where is this put.. The new assistant answered.. Brought to him. both pictures and writing.. so we patients are not confused and don't ask the doctor's assistant who is busy... we are here using medical services at Rsu i Islam Cawas.. so please fix it from the HR of the employees... preferably serving with polite words.s no matter how busy you are, never answer questions from people or patients in a rude tone.

Jujur awal saya pakai BPJS bingung saya sudah inden tapi begitu saya ke anjungan mandiri saya langsung klik no koq enggak keluar nomernya,trus saya tanya ke pegawai di sana pak koq enggak keluar cb klik 2 x saya manut akhirnya dari pada lama enggk nongolΒ² saya ambil no antrean ternyata setelah berkaliΒ² ke sana saya baru tau kl sudah indent tinggal klik registrasi ulang nanti otomatis surat akan tercetak baru setelah itu klik lagi check in no indent anda akan keluar setelah itu tinggal ke anjungan mandiri depan lanjut masuk ke poli untuk ketemu dokter? mungkin bagi yg pintar itu gampang tp bagi saya yg baru pertama itu merasa bingung apalagi saya tipe org yg tidak pernah liat sekitar ?padahal kata temen ada lho cara pake APM...oiya untuk apoteker tlg kalau bisa di tambah kadang kasian yg membawa bayi dan anak soalnya saya juga bawa anak usia 6th rewel bgt plus kalau bayi sangat rentan tertular sakit yg lain saat di luar..
Honestly, when I first started using BPJS, I was confused, I was already pivoting, but as soon as I went to the independent pavilion I immediately clicked on the number, why didn't the number come out, then I asked the staff there, sir, why didn't it come out CB, I clicked 2 x, I followed it. the queue turned out to be after many times there, I just found out that if you have indented, just click re-registration, then the letter will automatically be printed, then click again, check in, your indent number will come out after that, just go to the front independent pavilion and go to the poly to see a doctor ? maybe for being smart is easy, but for me, it's the first time that I feel confused, especially since I'm the type of person who never looks around even though my friends say there's a way to use APM... oh yes, for pharmacists, please add if you can add it sometimes it's a shame to bring babies and children because I also brought a 6 year old child who is very fussy plus if the baby is very susceptible to contracting other illnesses when outside..
