★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First imppression of the doctors and nurses were unfriendly, but turned out they are quite nice.
Overal service quite ok, but I believe it can be improved. Please also add more chairs for qeueing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front office and ER (IGD) are quite good and professional, but once you stay overnights that's another story. Water from AC is dripping, bell to call the nurse is not working and despite of informing it to several nurses, nothing is done. And the nurse are really really slow response. To get things done, you have to inform them at least 3x. Seems like the ratio between nurse to patients is 1:10. So unfortunate. I got a good impression from front office and ER, i wouldn't expect it to end up like this. I hope management will do something to improve the situation.

The administration process to release a patient need at least 3 hours, eventhough you already pay big amount of deposit money before they can provide you any services (I paid with my personal money, no insurance, no BPJS, I can't imagine how long people has to wait to release a patient if they use insurance or BPJS), it's even silly!! I will certainly never use this hospital as a referrence anymore, really not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended, Antigen outside the room is dusty and the results are also not sequential. Wasting a lot of time, need to fix the timing rules.
