★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau periksa ke dokter anak aja ribet banget, mau masuk pakai screening ga jelas karena nursenya ga ada, mau konsultasi katanya hanya terima konsul online.
Kalau online mending saya konsul ke halodoc aja murah, terus fungsi rumah sakitnya buat apa kalau ga bisa ketemu dokter!!!
 Wanting to check with a pediatrician is really complicated, wanting to go in using screening is not clear because the nurse doesn't exist, he wants to consult, he says he only accepts online consuls.
If it's online, I'd better consult Halodoc for cheap, then what is the function of the hospital for if I can't see a doctor!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skrg bukan lagi kyak rumah sakit, diganti j rumah sehat.
Mau periksa sakit demam buat anak, eh tidak boleh masuk klo belum antigen terlebih dahulu.
Kecewa, tidak seperti dulu, yg sakit dilarang masuk, mau masuk keluarin dulu uang untuk antigen.
Now it's no longer like a hospital, replaced by a healthy house.
If you want to check for fever for children, you can't enter if you don't have antigen first.
Disappointed, unlike before, those who are sick are prohibited from entering, if they want to enter, they must first take out money for antigens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall sbg pasien baru dtg berkunjung ke RS ini, 1 hal yg buat saya kecewa dan kaget. Dimana letak Musholla nya yang proper?? Apakah dari dlu sperti ini? kami diarahkan sholat dikamar rawat inap yg ada banyak Bed nya, sperti dikamar pasien bpjs kelas 3?!
Apa memang di RS ini tdk ada Mushola nya ya?? Kalau saya sdh menemukan Musholla baru saya perbaiki bintangnya, kecewa sekali di Fasilitas Umum seperti ini tidak bisa menemukan Musholla.. kalau kesana lagi saya akan ambil foto "tempat sholatnya".
Overall, as a new patient who came to visit this hospital, one thing made me disappointed and surprised. Where is the proper location of the prayer room?? Has it been like this from the start? We were directed to pray in an inpatient room with lots of beds, like in a class 3 BPJS patient room?!
Is there really no prayer in this hospital? If I have found a new prayer room, I will fix the star, very disappointed in public facilities like this I can't find a prayer room... if I go there again I will take a photo of the "prayer place".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ini Rumah Sehat Ibu dan Anak, tidak menerima anak SAKIT (Feb 2022). luar biasa menyusahkan saya yg sedang panik dan butuh bantuan karena kondisi anak.
dokter seniornya juga jarang bisa menerima masukan dr pasien dan suka menjelaskan terlalu teknis (pakai bahasa kedokteran) ke pasien awam(harus rajin bertanya kalau mau paham).
This is a Mother and Child Healthy Home, does not accept sick children (Feb 2022). It's very difficult for me who is panicking and needs help because of the child's condition.
Senior doctors are also rarely able to accept input from patients and like to explain too technically (using medical language) to lay patients (must be diligent in asking if you want to understand).

Yang lainnya duh sedih. Hrs extra sabar, extra mau nunggu lamaaaaaa. Krn pelayanan sangat amat seloow, selow banget orang2nya sumpah ?
1 lagi, JANGAN !! plis jgn tes lab utk anak disini (lab mitranya yg jadi satu) tidak profesional. Kasihan anak pernah mau diambil darah sampe 3 orang yg nanganin dan engga berhasil keambil darahnya. Anak sudah jerit2 sampai lemes.
Ruang menyusuinya apek, berdebu.

The others are sad. You have to be extra patient, extra willing to wait a long time. Because the service is very, very slow, the people are very slow, I swear
1 more, DON'T!! pls don't do lab tests for children here (partner labs that are one) unprofessional. It's a pity that a child ever wanted to have blood drawn until 3 people handled it and it didn't work. The children were screaming until they were weak.
The nursing room is musty, dusty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perawat-perawatnya ramah sekali, kalem, detil menanyakan informasi pasien. Suasananya rumah sakit nyaman, protokol kesehatan benar-benar dijaga.
The nurses are very friendly, calm, detailed asking for patient information. The hospital atmosphere is comfortable, health protocols are strictly maintained.
