 Rsu Ananda has a children's playroom and supporting facilities for pediatric patients such as a lactation room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ petugas rumah sakit tidak sopan dengan orang tua, sangat miris apalagi ada petugas kesehatan seperti ini,.. tolong di edukasi kembali utk petugasnya.. jangan mentang mentang kerja di rs, tapi seenaknya melayani customer!!!! saya kerja dibagian hospitality juga tapi saya tidak pernah memperlakukan customer saya secara buruk!!!! harusnya petugas tsb bekerja sesuai sop yg ada di perusahaan tsb, keramahan dalam melayani customer
hospital staff are not polite to their parents, it's very sad, especially if there are health workers like this, please re-educate the staff. I work in the hospitality department too but I never treat my customers badly!!!! the officer should work according to the soup in the company, friendliness in serving customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pman aku kecelakaan dan dibawa dirumah sakit ini. Bagian mata ada yang retak dan bagian lisannya mlese dari pihak rumah sakit jika tdk bisa menangani mbok ya dirujuk ke RS lain bukan nya disuruh pulang. Dan akhir nya kita pulang lalu pindah ke RS lain yang lebih bertanggung jawab.
My uncle had an accident and was taken to this hospital. There are cracks in the eye and the oral part is weak from the hospital, if you can't handle it, you are referred to another hospital instead of being sent home. And finally we went home and moved to another hospital that was more responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dasar gak sopan sama orang tua, saya tau mama saya gak bisa ikut vaksin kan bisa diberi tau dengan cara baik2 gak harus pake nada tinggi, mama saya juga gak tau kalo disana maksimal umur cuma 50 thn, karna dia ada yg bawa, sebelum dattar pun mama saya dimintain ktp! harusnya petugasnya liat dong thn kelahiran mama saya! kenapa bisa masuk dalam daftar vaksin?? sampe sana udah nunggu udah ngantri lama2 malah dimarah2in sama petugas sana!!! saya kecewa sama rumah sakit ini, saya tidak kecewa karna mama saya tidak divaksin! tapi saya kecewa sama pelayanan RS.ANANDAAA!!!!
It's basically disrespectful to parents, I know that my mom can't take the vaccine, right, I can tell her in a nice way, I don't have to use a high tone, my mom doesn't even know that the maximum age is 50 years old, because someone brought it with her, even before she finished. my mom asked for ID! the officer should have seen my mother's birthday! Why is it on the vaccine list? When I got there, I waited in line for a long time and even the officers there were scolded!!! I am disappointed with this hospital, I am not disappointed because my mother was not vaccinated! but I am disappointed with the service of RS. ANANDAAA!!!!

Parkir Luas, Fasilitas Lengkap, Petugasnya ramah-ramah.
Highly recommended, the Gynecologist is very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan igd sangat buruk ,please lah orang gawat darurat keadaanya sudah darurat bgt bukanya didahuluin susternya main hp terus apalagi bidanya lelet banget ,judes, kaya gapernah diaajarin attd sbg pelayanan jasa aja . Rsu sekelas ini tapi pelayananya sangat buruk bikin kecewa bgt
The emergency room service is very bad, please, the emergency room person, the situation is really emergency, the nurse starts playing on the cellphone, especially the midwife is really slow, bitchy, like she's never been taught attd as a service. Rsu of this class but the service is very bad, it makes me very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai RS penerima bpjs, tetapi didahulukan untuk yang pasien umum. Pelayanan tidak ramah, dokternya kurang aktif dan update dalam keilmuan dan perangkat, Fasilitas kurang memadai sebagai RS rujukan, harga mahal untuk umum
As a BPJS recipient hospital, the priority is given to general patients. The service is not friendly, the doctors are less active and updated in science and equipment, the facilities are inadequate as a referral hospital, the price is expensive for the public
