doternya baik,, karyawannya ramah2,, walau jam prakteknya cuma beberapa jam saja tapi pelayanan the best,, semua disamakan tudak dibeda2kan,, sesuai dengan nama rumah sakitnya AMANAH UMAT?
the doctor is good, the employees are friendly, even though the practice hours are only a few hours but the service is the best, everything is the same, not differentiated, according to the name of the hospital, AMANAH UMAT ?

Pelayanan biasa aja tapi untuk dokter tht memang sudah terkenal ramah dan pelayanan baik.. tapi untuk sistem rumah sakitnya yang memang harus diperbaiki
The service is just ordinary, but for ENT doctors, they are already known to be friendly and have good service... but for the hospital system, it really needs to be improved

Keluarga saya meninggal di RS amanah ummat, dgn di covidkan. Yg menjadi pertanyaan saya, hasil PCR di bilang positif hari itu juga, padahal waktu masuk di bilang antigen positif, tapi pernyataan perawat, dokter umum & dokter spesialis beda. Yg anehnyal agi, kalo keluarga saya covid, waktu di ambulance supir ambulance sama partnernya tidak ber APD lengkap, sementara kluarga bisa pegang jenazah tanpa APD. Sementara di RS sebelumnya, kluarga sya tiap minggu kontrol tanpa pernah di covidkan dari bln agustus.... Jadi, saya sgt tidak respek sama RS ini.
My family died at the ummah trust hospital, with covid. My question is, the PCR results were said to be positive on the same day, even though when they entered they said they were positive antigens, but the statements from nurses, general practitioners and specialists were different. The strange thing is, if my family has Covid, when in the ambulance the ambulance driver and his partner don't have full PPE, while the family can hold the body without PPE. While at the previous hospital, my family was under control every week without having been Covid-19 since August.... So, I really don't respect this hospital.

bisa melayani bjpjs , tempat bersih dan nyaman , ruang tunggu memadai, pelayanan ramah , cuma ketepatan waktu agak kurang , dokternya sebagian agak molor dari jadwal prakteknya , jadi harus menunggu . area parkir luas
can serve bjpjs, clean and comfortable place, adequate waiting room, friendly service, only the timeliness is a bit lacking, some of the doctors are a bit delayed from their practice schedule, so you have to wait. large parking area

Biaya parkir super berat...satu malam 4000 Gimana gak pusinh jika dirawat lama Harusnya pihak rumah sakit membebaskan tarif parkir untuk yang rawat inap Sudah pusing mikir biaya rumah sakit ditambah mikir biaya parkir

Bissmillah... Cuma mau berbagi pengalaman selama priksa kandungan disini... Saya usg di rs ini menggunakan bpjs dan berencana melahirkan di rumah sakit ini jg karena saya pikir owh dsni dokter kandungannya perempuan,, dari hasil usg ternyata posisi bayi saya sungsang dan harus melahirkan scr. SC dan telah di jadwalkan oprasi sc disini... Kemudian saya datang lagi untuk usg dan ternyata dokternya bilang air ketuban masih ckup jadi oprasinya satu minggu lagi aja hari jum'at sudah di jadwalkan di rs ini, setelah itu saya pulang, 4 hari setelah usg hari selasa 17agustus2021 saya kontraksi dan kluar flek darah,kemudian saya datang ke rs amanah umat dan di cek dsana ternyata sudah pembukaan 3,dan saya di sruh rapid dari pagi saya menunggu untuk rapid dan hasilnya keluar sekitar jam 1 siang dan hasilnya negative, saya pikir setelah hasil rapid negative saya bakalan lngsung di tangani oleh dokternya tp ternyata dari pihak igd bilang dokternya sedang tdk di tempat, yang saya sayangkan kalau memang dokternya tdk ada di tempat knp gak bilang dr awal saya datang jadi saya bisa langsung cari rs lain dan juga saya tidak di kasih rujukan untuk pindah ke rs lain, jadi saya cari rs lain untuk oprasi, setelah oprasi di rs. Permata ternyata ketuban saya sudah kering dan anak saya terkena asfiksia berat kekurangan oksigen. Tidak bermaksut menyalahkan siapa2 cuma ingin mengingatkan petugas agar lebih bertanggung jwab lagi terhadap pasien.. ??
Bismillah... Just want to share my experience during the pregnancy check here... I got an ultrasound at this hospital using the BPJS and I plan to give birth in this hospital too because I thought ohh here the obstetrician is a woman, from the results of the ultrasound it turned out that my baby was in a breech position and had to give birth by Sc. SC and scheduled sc surgery here... Then I came again for an ultrasound and apparently the doctor said the amniotic fluid was still sufficient so the operation was one week away, Friday was scheduled at this hospital, after that I went home, 4 days after ultrasound on tuesday 17 august 2021 i had contractions and blood spots came out, then i came to the ummah trust hospital and checked there it turned out to be opening 3, and i was ordered to be rapid from this morning i waited for rapid and the results came out around 1 o'clock in the afternoon and the results were negative, i I thought that after the rapid negative results, the doctor would immediately take care of me, but it turned out that the ER said the doctor was not there, which I regret if the doctor wasn't there, why didn't he tell me from the start that I came so I could immediately find another hospital and also I was not given a referral to move to another hospital, so I looked for another hospital for surgery, after surgery at the hospital. Gems turned out that my amniotic fluid was dry and my child was severely asphyxiated and lacked oxygen. I don't mean to blame anyone, just want to remind officers to be more responsible for patients.. ??

Butuh beberapa hari memberanikan diri untuk menuliskan ulasan ini karena beberapa pertimbangan. Bismillaah. Assalamu'alaikum ? 1. Datang untuk pertama kalinya di saat kondisi sedang sehat, namun memang karena sebuah alasan. Sehingga, saya yg berada di tempat skrining suhu langsung diarahkan untuk masuk ke dalam. (Kondisinya memang tidak diberikan nomor antrian) 2. Setelah masuk, saya memutuskan untuk bertanya kepada petugas yang berjaga di tempat yg bertuliskan 'informasi' yang terdapat dua 'loket' dan para petugas di tiap loket tsb. 3. Karena tidak segera dilayani, saya berprasangka bahwa mungkin bagian 'informasi' hanya pada 1 loket yg berada di sebelah saya sedangkan loket/tempat/kursi (kurang begitu paham disebut apa, mohon koreksi apabila terdapat kesalahan dalam penyebutan istilah) yg saya duduki adalah tempat 'pendaftaran pasien'. Jadi, saya menunggu pasien yang berada di samping saya selesai. 4. Ketika pasien tsb selesai, saya beranikan diri untuk bertanya kepada salah 1 petugas perempuan bagian 'informasi' tsb. Responnya....? Saya dicuekin :) 5. Masih mencoba menghindari prasangka buruk, "mungkin mbaknya sibuk..." Jadi saya tunggu hingga beberapa saat dan kemudian saya mengucapkan salam. Responnya.... 6. Beliau menjawab salam dengan senyum dan.... Dan menghadapkan wajahnya kepada masΒ² rekan kerja yang berada di sampingnya. 7. Merasa harapannya pupus, saya kembali ke bagian skrining dan diarahkan oleh petugas seorang 'ibuΒ²' (tidak gemuk) yang ternyata ramah dan sigap dalam melayani. ? Kasih 2/5 bintang dengan 3 bintang harapan : 1. Semoga para pimpinan yang diberikan amanah 'memimpin' tsb senantiasa bersabar dalam membina dan terus mengingatkan para petugasnya.. 2. Semoga petugas Amanah Umat bisa lebih sering membaca dan memahami bagaimana cara 'mengemban amanah' untuk 'melayani umat' 3. Semoga tidak ada lagi orang 'sehat' yang masuk namun menjadi 'sakit' saat keluar dari sana..
It took me a few days to get up the courage to write this review for several reasons. Bismillah. Assalamu'alaikum ? 1. Came for the first time when he was in good health, but for a reason. So, I who was at the temperature screening area were immediately directed to go inside. (The condition is not given a queue number) 2. After entering, I decided to ask the officer on duty at the place marked 'information' which contained two 'counters' and the officers at each counter. 3. Because it was not immediately served, I had the suspicion that maybe the 'information' section was only at 1 counter next to me, while the counter/place/chair (I don't really understand what it's called, please correct me if there's an error in pronouncing the term) that I'm sitting on is place of 'patient registration'. So, I waited for the patient who was beside me to finish. 4. When the patient was finished, I ventured to ask one of the female officers in the 'information' department. The response....? I was ignored :) 5. Still trying to avoid prejudice, "maybe she's busy..." So I waited for a while and then I said hello. The response.... 6. He answered greetings with a smile and.... And turned his face to the mas² co-workers who were beside him. 7. Feeling hopeless, I returned to the screening section and was directed by a 'mother' (not fat) officer who turned out to be friendly and quick to serve. ️ Give 2/5 stars with 3 stars hope: 1. Hopefully the leaders who are given the mandate to 'lead' will always be patient in fostering and continue to remind their officers.. 2. Hopefully the Amanah Ummah officers can read more often and understand how to 'carry out the mandate' to 'serve the people' 3. Hopefully there are no more 'healthy' people who enter but become 'sick' when they leave there..
