Jadwal vaksin jam 8 pagi tapi petugas belum ada yang berjaga,, akhirnya terjadi penumpukan massa,,?
 Constructive criticism is okay,,,
Vaccine schedule is at 8 am but there are no officers on duty yet,, finally there is a mass buildup,?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau berkeluh kesah dengan pelayanan yg diberikan kepada saya hari ini, saya hamil besar hendak periksa tapi di bagian pendaftaran dan tensi tidak diterima dengan baik sampai seperti nada membentak bentak karena jarak priksa sya terlalu dekat..pdhl sya hamil tua jd mnurut sya wajar klo pengen priksa lg ( pakai umum non bpjs ya).sebenarnya bisa dibicarakan dg baik2 tp mbk2nya nadanya membentak tdk ramah .Sebagai pasien yg hendak mendapatkan pemeriksaan syaa merasa tersakiti dnegan apa yg dilakukan petugas. Sangat disayangkan padahl dokternya baik dan ramah.
I want to complain about the service that was given to me today, I am pregnant and want to check but the registration and tension are not well received until it looks like a yelling tone because my examination distance is too close.. Pdhl I am pregnant so I think it's normal I want to check again (using general non-bpjs, yes). Actually it can be discussed properly, but the tone is yelling unfriendly. As a patient who wants to get an examination, I feel hurt by what the officers did. It's a shame even though the doctor is kind and friendly.

The first time I checked the wife's womb here, the playanan was quite friendly, clean, comfortable and coincidentally the doctor recommended by Sodara with Dr. Alfun who always gave motivation and a positive influence for mothers "who want a normal birth ,,, thanks RSKIA UMMI KHASANAH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas yang ngisi screening an vaksinasi judes banget!! Iya ini kan progam pemerintah gratis tapi juga bisa kan kalo ramah. Sayang gabisa post foto orang nya disini
The officer who fills in the screening and vaccination is really bitchy!! Yes, this is a free government program, but it can also be done if you are friendly. Too bad I can't post pictures of people here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terima kasih RSKIA UK telah menyelenggarakan vaksinasi gratis. Pada prosedur vaksinasi 1 petugas cukup kuwalahn dengan jumlah massa yg membludak. Banyak massa yg bertanya mengenai prosedur ambil nomor antrian, terdapat petugas yg blm hadir shg baru dimulai pukul 9, dsb. Tapi alhamdulillah proses vaksin 2 sudah lebih baik dan dimulai pukul 8:39. So, for further saran kami untuk petugas agar mempersiapkan 10 menit lebih awal bukan 8:30 baru siap". Lastly, untuk pak satpam shift paginya njenengan ramah, dipertahankan...
Thank you RSKIA UK for providing free vaccinations. In the vaccination procedure, 1 officer was quite overwhelmed with the overwhelming number of people. Many people asked about the procedure for taking a queue number, there were officers who weren't there yet so it only started at 9, and so on. But thank God the 2nd vaccine process is better and starts at 8:39. So, for further, our advice is for officers to prepare 10 minutes earlier instead of 8:30 just ready." Lastly, for the morning shift security guard, please be friendly, keep it up...

Penjelasan dan treatment dari dokter (Dr. Any) sangat jelas, tepat, dan mengedukasi pasien.
