Beberapa kali saya berobat ke RSIA Selaras, pelayanannya sangat lambat ( sangat kurang kepedulian kepada pasien, khususnya dalam menghargai waktu). Hari ini Rabu 9 September 2020, anak saya sakit batuk, dimana kondisi sedang pandemi enggan berobat ke RS, karena batuknya sudah 3 hari terpaksa harus di bawa ke RS yang terdekat dengan rumah. Pada saat datang ke RS kebetulan kosong tidak ada pasien yang berobat, setelah selesai pendaftaran dan pemeriksaan dokter ,saya harus menuggu di kasir dan apotek, namun waktu menunggu lebih lama padahal tidak ada pasien selain saya, yang ada malah canda tawa keras didalam apotek, akhirnya saya coba tanyakan langsung dan sikasir keluar dengan rasa tidak senang dan alasan mengatakan ( magrib dulu pak) yang saya bingung kalo memang ini waktu magrib kenapa ga pada solat magrib, malah bercanda tawa sampe terdengar ke ruang tunggu. Dan akhirnya (setelah menunggu hampir 15 menit dan sedikit teguran) sikasir meminta saya membayar tagihan dan si apoteker langsung menyerahkan obat yang di minta.

Today is Wednesday 9 September 2020, my child has a cough, in which the condition is in a pandemic, he is reluctant to go to the hospital, because the cough for 3 days has to be taken to the hospital closest to the house. When I came to the hospital, it happened to be empty, there were no patients for treatment, after completing the registration and examination of the doctor, I had to wait at the cashier and the pharmacy, but the waiting time was longer even though there were no patients besides me, there were even loud laughter in the pharmacy, finally I tried to ask directly and the cyclist came out with a feeling of displeasure and the reason for saying (evening time sir) which I was confused if it was sunset time why not at sunset prayer, instead joking laughter came to the waiting room. And finally (after waiting for almost 15 minutes and a little warning) the sikasir asked me to pay the bill and the pharmacist immediately handed over the medicine that was requested.

Masukan buat managementnya, sya rutin kesini untuk check up kandungan. Saya mau bilang pelayanan bagus tapi sayangnya tiap jam istirahat beberapa pelayanan seperti pendaftaran,kasir dan dan obat juga tutup padahal beberapa pasien sudah menunggu untuk antri. Kalo bisa dibuat istirahat bergilir agar pelayanan tetap berjalan semestinya. Saya harus tunggu sampai lebih dari setengah jam istirahat selesai.
Input for management, I routinely come here to check up the womb. I want to say good service but unfortunately every hour of rest some services such as registration, cashier and medicine are also closed even though some patients are waiting to queue. If it can be made to take a break so that the service continues to run properly. I have to wait until more than half an hour of rest is over.

Staff service standar ada yg ramah baik dan bener2 peduli namun ada juga yang masa bodo, Untuk ruang kelas 1 ruangannya sempit banget kalah sama yg kelas 2. Fasilitas gedung sangat butuh di perbaiki dan di perbaharui

diperbaiki lagi pelayananya mau mcu nunggu 2 jam belum dipriksa2 tanya satpam sebentar lagi sebentar lagi terus ..

Pelayanan tidak memuaskan sama sekali anak saya hampir kejang dirawat disini ,saya bilang suster anak saya demam ,dia cek suhu 36 saya bilang dia mengigil sus,suster bilang lah org suhu 36 gak boleh dikasih obt ,ternyata pas ketiak 1 lagi saya cek suhu nya hampir 39 baru dia panik anak saya dikompres juga ....yg mau saya bilang kalo obt demam hanya diberikan saat anak demam ,lah kenapa suhu anak saya GK dia cek tiap 4/6 jam biar tau demam apa gak ....kenapa harus nunggu dia demam tinggi baru kasih obat

Pelayanannya dari segi perawat(suster dari rawat inapnya)menurut saya sangat buruk apa lagi perawatnya buset sombongnya minta ampun,padahal dokter-dokternya baik-baik tapi perawatnya yang sombong2 banget sampe menghina keluarga pasien eh mba perawat mba tuh di gajih dari hasil kita SC disana loch,,,menghina saya gpp tapi jangan menghina mamah saya ngatain udik saya kira mba ngedumel ngoceh ketemen-teman mba itu saya tidak mendengar,,tolong di perbiki pelayanan apa lagi itu pelayanan ruang rawat inap,dulu saya pernah di rawat disana tapi tidak seperti ini pelayanannya sangat2 baik apa lagi terhadap pasien,,ko kaget sekali saya sekarang pelayanannya buruk banget terhadap pasien

Jam 19.00 kesini buat swap antigen tp pelayanannya buruuk. Satpam tidak ramah & tidak informatif. Haraganya pun sangat mahal dibanding tempat lain 245k kalo ga salah. Udah gitu hasilnya sejam lebih. Ini pun urgent bgt yg lain pada tutup Karna saya tau harga & kualitas tempat lain. Akhirny saya pindah tempat??
19.00 am here for antigen swap but the service is bad. Security guard unfriendly & uninformative. The price is also very expensive compared to other places, 245k if I'm not mistaken. That's the result in over an hour. This is also very urgent, the others are closed Because I know the price & quality of other places. I finally moved places

Sebenarnya pelayanan sudah cukup baik. Hanya mungkin masukan untuk pihak RS agar mengadakan pelatihan untuk peningkatan kapasitas 'oknum' staf yg muda muda dalam hal pemasangan infus, pengambilan darah dan cara komunikasi dg pasien. Ada perawat yg datang-datang langsung asal sebut diagnosa yg membuat pasien tidak nyaman. Asal bilang gangguan fungsi hati, dbd, dll padahal dokter sudah observasi dan tidak bilang begitu. Ada yg kurang bisa ambil darah ditusuk tusuk nggak dapet-dapet, begitupun di pasien lain. Padahal sama suster yg agak tua bisa cepat. Ada perawat laki-laki yg kurang bisa pasang infus dg alasan 'sengaja dikecilkan agar tidak cepat habis' padahal saat diadukan ke perawat lain dan diatur ternyata tidak dinyalakan. 24 jam anak saya baru dapet infus. Infus tersumbat katanya ada pembekuan darah tapi juga ga diapa apain. Tidak apa-apa kalau baru dan belum berpengalaman bisa minta bantuan sejawatnya tapi jgn sok tau dan asal. Apalagi untuk penanganan bayi dan anak-anak. Proses administrasi juga super lambat dan saat istirahat sering tidak bergantian jadi benar-benar kosong. Tapi saya ucapkan terima kasih juga untuk suster-suter perempuan lain yg komunikatif dan cekatan ?

There was a male nurse who was unable to put infusions on the grounds that it was 'deliberately reduced so that it would not run out quickly' even though when they were complained to another nurse and arranged, it turned out not to be turned on. 24 hours my son just got an IV. The infusion is blocked, they say there is a blood clot, but it doesn't matter. It's okay if you are new and inexperienced, you can ask colleagues for help, but don't pretend to know and be original. Especially for handling babies and children. The administrative process is also super slow and during breaks often don't take turns so it's completely empty. But I also thank the other female sisters who are communicative and agile
