★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demam hari keempat. Dibilang sakit dari giginya yang bolong. EMang gigi susu bisa bikin sakit ya? Lucu amat si dokternya. Taunya anak saya DHF. Aduuuh knp sih minta rujukan aja di persulit. Sesama tenaga kesehatan loh kita. Cuma sy males ngomong aja. Mau liat aja terapi yang dikasih apa. Ikhlas nolong pasien itu. ANggap pasien itu sama kaya keluarga kita. Emang mau keluarganya disia2kan pas berobat? Ditelantarkan? Kan engga. Semoga Allah kasih sehat ya buat dokternya. Thx...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katanya pas saya tanya via telp pelayanan 24jam! Tapi waktu kesitu jam 05.40 msih dikunci pintunya, diketok² tidak ada yg keluar.

Fakta : jam 11.30 istirahat, masuk kembali jam 13.15
Kalau 24 jam, artinya dokter standby selama jam buka. Soal istirahat, harusnya ada dokter pengganti, saat dokter yang lain istirahat.
Kalah sama pelayanan minimarket. Apa karena yang berobat menggunakan BPJS?
Tolong Tim BPJS lebih selektif dan giat lagi dalam membina faskes. Terima kasih.

If it is 24 hours, it means that the doctor is on standby during opening hours. Regarding rest, there should be a replacement doctor, while the other doctors are resting.

Buka jam 08.30 ktnya krna PPKM tp actual dokter dtg jam 11, alesan ban motornya pecah...
pas dtg cek pasien secepat kilat gak ad dksh saran ke pasien mau sperti apa...
On July 21, 2021, waiting for the doctor for almost 2 hours because it hasn't come yet...
Open at 08.30 ktnya because of PPKM but actually the doctor came at 11, the reason the motorcycle tire broke...
when I came to check the patient quickly, there was no advice on what to do with the patient...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang pernah berobat dsni akan tau pelayanan klinik ini. SANGAT2 MENGECEWAKAN Apalagi saya sdh berapa kali aja berobat dsni dan berhbg BPJS saya kedpt apes keklinik ini. Terutama buat perawatnya Ampun GK tahan Uda PD sok2 an smua ngalahin dokter asli. Mana ddlm klinik pake sandal jepit Uda kayak diwarteg ni perawat...gaya super sok sibuk apalg ketika kita urus surat2 apapun. SANGAT2 menyebalkan. Mo bukti berobat aja dsni...Syukur2 klo skr ini sdh berubah lebih baikan apa tambah parah....

Especially for the nurses, Ampun GK can stand Uda PD pretends to beat all the original doctors. Where in the clinic are you wearing flip-flops. It's like the nurse is in a warteg... the style is super busy, especially when we take care of any paperwork. VERY annoying. Just proof that you're getting treatment here... I'm thankful that it's changed now, for the better or worse....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat buruk,katanya buka jam 19.00 eh pas udah di sana bilang lagi si dokternya buka nya jam 19.30, apalagi pas pendaftaran sangat sangat buruk

Daftar : jam 8 pagi (pasien pertama)
Dokter : belum standby
Nunggu : jam 8.30 belum ada juga dokternya
Kasian pasien.. (misalnya yang lagi flu demam) padahal, kita, meskipun bayar via BPJS kesehatan, tidak pernah telat bayar iuran ke BPJS kesehatan (potong gaji via payrol).
Padahal ini pelayanan publik + swasta
Seharusnya lebih baik dari puskesmas kan?
