ACCORDING TO OTHER PATIENTS' COMMENTS, MIDWIFES ARE NOT FRIENDLY, MIDWIFES TALK ABOUT A LOT, MIDWIFES TALK TOO MUCH, TALK AS IF YOU WILL BE MARKETED, HUMBLING, etc. PLEASE USE THE ATTITUDE WELL. DO NOT DAMAGE HIS IMAGE.

Teruntuk Dokter Kandungan hari Selasa Tgl 21 Desember 2021 ,,,,Maaf kami beri Ulasan kecewa karena sudah menunggu terlalu lama dari Jam 10 - 14:00 WIB,,, belum dateng juga dengan Alasan ada acara Launching Klinik baru nya di Nroktog dan tidak ada kepastian waktu datang ke RSIA,,, kami Konfirmasi ke Admin katanya di jalan,,, entah Jalan mana,,, Mohon Sembuhkan Penyakit KuDis nya (Kurang Disiplin Disiplin),,, Mohon maaf atas segala keluhan yg tidak berkenan

RSIA INI PELAYANAN NYA BURUK SEKALI. BARU KALI INI DIMAKI MAKI PERAWAT, MAU SALAH ATAU TIDAK , HARUSLAH BERTUTUR KATA YG BAIK DAN SOPAN. TERNYATA TIDAK ADA AKHLAKNYA PERAWAT DISINI, SAYA SUDAH BAIK2 DAN MINTA MAAF, SAYA PIKIR PERAWAT AKAN MEMINTA MAAF JUGA, TERNYATA TDK. HANYA MISS KOMUNIKASI ANTAR PERAWAT DAN KEL.PASIEN KOK SAMPE SEKASAR ITU MELAYANI NYA. KITA SAMA SAMA SALAH , TP SAYA TDK BERKATA SEKASAR ITU. BINATANG KAU PERAWAT BERANI NYA MEMBENTAK ORTU SAYA. SAYA TDK DIKASIH INFO PROSEDUR TP GILIRAN SAYA MENGELUHKAN MALAH TDK DIKASIH SOLUSI DAN HANYA CACIAN YANG ADA. PROFESI PERAWAT GAUSAH SOK KERAS! TANPA PASIEN ANDA TDK ADA KERJAAN n GAJI! THIS RSIA SERVICE IS VERY BAD. THIS IS THE TIME FOR THE NURSE CURRENTLY CURRENTLY, WOULD IT BE WRONG OR NOT, YOU MUST SPEAK GOOD WORD AND POLITE. I WAS NOT GIVEN INFORMATION ON THE PROCEDURE TP IT WAS MY TURN TO COMPLAIN EVEN THERE WAS NO SOLUTION AND THE ONLY ADVERTISEMENT THERE WAS. THE PROFESSION OF NURSE IS NOT SO HARD! WITHOUT YOUR PATIENTS NO JOB n SALARY! HOPE THAT CURRENT MY MOTHER, LIFE IS FULL OF DIFFICULTIES. AMEN.

Untuk pelayanan tolong diperbaiki sya lahiran disana saat malam air infusan sampai mau habis darah mau naik, saat suster dibutuhkan tengah malam semua malah tidur, dan dibangunkan susah! Setelah bangun dengan mudahnya mengatakan (tidak apa" bu). Blm lagi pelayanan suster ada yg judes dimana SOP nya? Ada juga dokter anak yg judes 2x saya ditangani nya terhadap pasien juga tata bahasa yg kurang baik hingga menanyakan sekolah tamatan apa masa gak ngerti. Pelayanan tolong diperbaiki kalau seprti itu bikin kapok orang pdhal untuk pelayanan dan konsultasi ataupun obat kami bayar bukan cuma! Dan pakai BPJS pun dibayar juga kan!

Dear dr novia, saya kira dengan gelar magister dokter adalah orang yang paham bgmn keadaan saya. Tp ternyata BIG NO! Dokter jadwal jam 15.00 dateng jam 16.00 . Saya dpt rujukan kesini karena ada keluhan. Tapi pas usg sama sekali gak dijelasin apa2. Cuma bilang kecapean. Usg gada 4 menit . Kecewa sih soalnya biasa dapet dokter super duper ramah dan jelasin detail. Ini cuma ngomong sepatah kata doang. Tadinya mau lahiran disini jadi mengurungkan niat. Ga di jelasin bayi sehat, atau berat sesuai. Atau basabasi apalah. Buset bpjs juga gw kelas 1 tiap bulan bayar ye ga geretong?

Rutin kontrol ke RS ini karena drg. Marlia praktek disini. Pelayanan pendaftaran dan staff (suster/bidan, farmasi) kurang profesional, mengobrol terlalu kencang diruangan, sibuk sendiri dengan gadget nya astagaaa tolong di perbaiki attitude pegawainya terima kasih.
Routine control to this hospital because drg. Marlia practices here. Registration services and staff (nurses/midwives, pharmacists) are not professional, chat too loudly in the room, busy themselves with their gadgets, gosh, please fix the attitude of the staff, thank you.
