★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to do my jobs to find correspondence from each hospital's laboratory from all over corner of Indonesia regarding tools and their Covid 19 situation. And i happened to call EMC Tangerang laboratory today, but the guy who is a spokesperson from other side on the phone in their laboratory was SUPER RUDE and succeded to boiling my patience with his attitude. I don't know his name. I thought at first he seems like an easy going person to talk with, but then he rudely asking and questioning about me? Like he sounds disbelief that I'm calling representing my company to do this survey and questioning who is my manager? And i was talk to myself like," Wow, this is too far dude!" And yes, i can hear him say that i'm a liar without he even mention, just reading his voice tone. What I'm trying to say is, you don't need to be rude to refuse to answer, i believe that you actually can make tons of excuses nicely. I lost my respect to this hospital because one of his guy is not a well educated person to respond.

I thought after Usada Insani Tangerang change their identity to RS EMC Tangerang. The service will get better. What did i expect? It's the same, the building is mega and such but the service is worst, compare to any hospital I've ever visited.
It took me more than 2hours for walk in PCR test. I waited with fever, I felt like i want to faint because it took that long. And then they said the result will come out H+1. Hahahahah and then nope, this is H+2 and I'm still waiting for the results. I genuinely feel sorry for myself for taking the test here in EMC. I should have choosen better hospital, with the price i paid i better look for hospital with better service and management. This my first and the last experience choosing EMC. Very dissapointed.

WORST, the people that handle in the registration and case mix BPJS, they spoke so rude, no have manner, should be trained well, how to serve the patient well ??????????

Every time I need such service here, Ms Dewi Iriyaning and her team are all very helpful!. They are all friendly and know what to do. I am grateful living not too far from the hospital that we can rely on the service. Keep it up EMC!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hospitalized here for one week due to gerd and gallstones issue. The doctor who treated me was Dr. Apriliana (internist) she is very kind and gives a very complete explanation, not rushed, and very friendly. I’m also always greeted warmly by the priority manager, Ms. Endah who often helps me in taking care of insurance as well as medical procedures that I need to take. I highly recommend EMC Tangerang because this hospital is very clean, the nurses here are very agile and friendly❤️
