★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is a great mother and children hospital with super friendly staff, clean environment, with reasonable price, and what i like more about this hospital is they’re being open with the price list if patient ask for it. What can be improved is the exact time for doctor’s schedule, since when i have appointments with obgyn doctor and pediatricans they’re ALWAYS being late so we have to wait for 30 minutes-1 hour to see the doctor , hope it can be improved

Its has an mobile apps that allow us to book doctor appointment but apparently even our appointment being approved doesnt mean the doctor is available or ontime. I book for 12.20 appointment and approved but the doctor didnt come even after 13.20 (an hour later!) with no information or confirmation from the hospital. Both nurse and admission also could not give clear information on when is exactly the doctor will come. Just have to wait uncertainty.
So unconvenient when you bring your bany to the hospital and the queue syatem is so unclear like this. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you value any level of customer service or would like the ability to contact the hospital without physically going there, then this is not the hospital for you.
I visited on Friday morning for a simple Antigen test and after 6 hours I still had not received the results. I tried calling, but no matter which option I picked the phone was put down on me. I then tried emailing them, but only received an auto-message reply. The following day I called again and this time the phone was answered and a call back was promised and of course nothing happened. Due to all this I had to visit the hospital again to collect the results in person and even when I explained to the staff I just need a copy of the results it still took over 30 mins to get it.
This was over a simple antigen test so I would hate to see how they deal with an actual health emergency. Judging by their other negative reviews, which all relate to the level of service or contacting them, you can see they have massive issues with their internal commination systems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, and hospitality. The Doctor is really professional. However, need to improve the access to 2nd 3rd 4th floor. The Elevator is super slow and the only admission is on Ground floor. Install a better lift vendor would help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the drive thru rapid test in RSIA Bina Medika Bintaro, the services is excellent, fast, clear explanations, friendly staff. You have to make a reservation maximum D-1 upon your arrival thru the official Whatsupp Customer Care. The results of test, Doctor Letter of Health and Invoice sends in separately emails and need about 6-7 Hours to send which is quite long and i just keep asking them in Whatsupp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RSIA Bina Medika is Mom and Child Hospital which located in CBD Bintaro area. It's the biggest mom & kids hospital in Bintaro.
Bina Medika has best doctors in town and have some center of excellences for minimal invasive obsgyn surgery, maternity and neonatal emergency, maternity, women's and kids care also geriatric care. Bina Medika has Home Care too.
Vaccination are available both for baby/kids and adult.
During pandemic time, Bina Medika has walk-in and drive thru rapid and swab test. For walk-in service, need to see the doctor pre and post procedure. For drive thru test, need to registered one day before. The result will be delivered in couple of hours and send by official Bina Medika WhatsApp. Or we need the printed version, we can have it too.
Bina Medika operated in modern system. To make appointment from multiple sources: telephone call, website and using apps that available both for Android and IOS. All staff are customer friendly.
This hospital has cozy designed and super clean di all areas. ♿ Other facilities: has accessible features are available, flat drop off area, toilet for ♿ also available. There is small cafeteria, nursery ? room and musholla. Wide parking lot inside the building.
Payment with cash, debit and credit cards and several types of e-money. Collaboration with many insurance companies too.
