★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terima kasih utk semua perawat/bidan yg membantu persalinan istri. RSIA Palaraya mmng trbaik.. Pelayanannya bagus,komunikatif. Dr mulai front office,perawat,bidan dan dokternya.
 Thank you to all the nurses/midwives who helped deliver my wife. RSIA Palaraya is the best.. The service is good, communicative. Dr from the front office, nurses, midwives and doctors.

1.Ruang tunggu sempit & pengap (ad AC tp tdk dnyalakan), fentilasi udara jg tertutup.
2.tdk ad standar protokol kesehatan untuk jaga jarak.
3.jadwal dokter praktek jam 9.00 tp 11.30 baru dateng.
Kasian kalo ajak anak kecil ksini, harus nunggu lama2 dengan ruang tunggu yg pengap

1. The waiting room is narrow & stuffy (ad AC is not turned on), the air ventilation is also closed.
2.tdk ad standard health protocol for distance.
3. Schedule doctor's practice at 9.00 tp 11.30 just arrived.
Too bad if you bring a small child here, you have to wait a long time with a stuffy waiting room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak saya pernah opname di sini,, pelayanannya baik,,, saya mau tanya,, anak saya pernah dikasih obat anti kejang,, tapi lupa namanya,, mau tanya lebih lanjut, via email, apakah ada?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perawat di kamar vip mawar kurang responsif, ditanya serba g tau, mau minta surat ijin dokter susahnya minta ampun, harus bayar pula, padahal kita pasien hbs rawat inap
The nurse in the rose VIP room was not responsive, asked everything, I didn't know, it was difficult to ask for a doctor's permit, it was difficult to ask for forgiveness, we had to pay too, even though we were hospitalized patients.

Menu makanan untuk pasien asal asalan.
Masa iyah pasien sakitnya batuk menu makanya nasi goreng sama kerupuk....
Nurses are not friendly.
Food menu for patients of origin.
Yes, the sick patient coughs, so the menu is fried rice and crackers....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa bidan tidak ramah, perawat IGD kasar dalam memasang infus, administrasi kurang cepat.
Kabar bagusnya, rate sewa kamar cukup murah
Some of the midwives were not friendly, the emergency room nurse was rude in putting infusions, the administration was not fast enough.
The good news is, the room rental rate is quite cheap
