★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan cs nya lelet banget plus nggak profesional, nggak memahami prosedur atau sistem dari bank bri itu sendiri, ahirnya kesini cuma diputer2in doang suruh ke cabang ini itu. mana ngantrinya lama banget
the cs service was very slow plus unprofessional, didn't understand the procedures or systems of the BRI bank itself, in the end, I just came here and told them to go to this branch. where the queue is so long

tidak ada istilah gercep jauh dari kata tersebut.
Mungkin inilah yang di namakan indonesia banget.
Mungkin terlalu nyaman dengan berbagai fasilitas yang di sediakan oleh BUMN. Fasilitas dan pelayanan tetap terdepan dan terbaik perusahaan swasta.
Hhhhmmmmm begitulah negeri tercinta ini. Kalau bisa bertele² kenapa harus cepat.!
