★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya SC ke 3 di RS ini, steril katanya tidak bisa di cover oleh BPJS, harus bayar mandiri 2 juta, padahal menurut BPJS bs dicover asalkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi dokter, tp entah lah di RS ini untuk tindakan steril harus bayar lagi, KB pun tidak di cover BPJS menurut informasi yg sy dapat Dr RS ini, sy punya pengalaman buruk operasi Caesar di RS ini, sejak kontrol sblm SC pun pelayanan poli kandungannya buruk, pasien tidak dibantu naik ke tempat tidur untuk diperiksa, lalu setelah di USG sisa gel pun tidak dibersihkan dibantu oleh perawat, melainkan pasien harus membersihkan sendiri, turun dari ranjang periksa pun sendiri, tidak Ada perawat yang mendampingi, lalu ketika proses SC berjalan pun, Tim medis termasuk dokter specialist kandungan tidak ramah, Saya sebagai pasien yg Akan operasi SC ke 3 kali nya tentunya sangat nervous Dan butuh support, tp di meja operasi Saya mendengar kata2 yg menurut sy tidak pantas di dengar pasien, karena bisa membuat psikologis pasien yg sedang menjalani operasi terganggu, karena menyangkut kondisi pasien yg sedang terbaring tidak berdaya yg dibahas Adalah kondisi organ pasien yg Sudah tidak bagus karena pernah menjalani operasi sc 2x sebelumnya. Lalu ketika Akan pulang rawat inap, pasien di minta membayar mandiri perban anti air se banyak 2pcs, 1 untuk ganti sblm pulang rawat inap, 1 lagi untuk kontrol post SC seminggu kemudian, tapi ketika sy kontrol, malah perawat bilang kalau Sudah saatnya lepas perban, jadi tidak Ter pakai perban yang waktu itu diharuskan beli. Aneh, pasien BPJS seperti menjadi objek karena gratis. Lalu sy cek jahitan SC nya masih pakai benang warna cokelat yg katanya sisa benang nya Akan lepas sendiri. Pengalaman SC Saya 2x sebelumnya, bekas jahitan rapi seperti di lem, tidak seperti ini, Dan rasa sakit pasca operasi nya pun lama hilang, berbeda sekali dengan pasca SC ke 2 di RS Swasta. Dulu di RS Swasta yg sy SC ke 2 Sama sekali tidak keluar biaya selain materai 3rb rupiah. Sebagai RS Pemerintah harapan Saya memilih SC ke 3 di sini Adalah bisa mendapatkan pelayanan prima karena sy peserta BPJS, namun sayang kenyataan nya lain. Sampai saat ini saya belum dapat konfirmasi Dr pihak BPJS kenapa steril tidak dapat dicover? Padahal sy Sudah sampaikan Keluhan melalui mobile JKN

Other operations were disturbed, because it involved the patient's condition who was lying helplessly discussed. The condition of the patient's organs was not good because he had undergone 2x sc surgery before. Then when going home from hospitalization, the patient was asked to pay independently for 2pcs waterproof waterproof bandages, 1 to replace before being hospitalized, 1 more for post SC control a week later, but when I was in control, the nurse said it was time to remove the bandage so Ter did not use the bandages that were required to buy at that time It's strange, BPJS patients seem to be objects because they are free. Then I checked the SC stitches were still using brown thread which said the rest of the thread would come off by itself. My previous SC experience, the stitch marks were neat like glue, not like this, and the post-operative pain was long gone, very different from post-2nd SC in a private hospital. In the past, at a private hospital, which was my second SC, there were absolutely no costs other than 3 thousand rupiah stamp duty. As a government hospital, my hope is that I will choose the 3rd SC here. I can get excellent service because I am a BPJS participant, but unfortunately the reality is different. Until now, I have not been able to confirm Dr. BPJS, why can't sterility be covered? Even though I have submitted a complaint via mobile JKN
