★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terima kasih RS Hermina Bogor, khususnya para dokter dan suster di ruang perawatan lantai 4 wing isolasi, yang sudah merawat ibu saya selama seminggu lebih. Kondisi pasien diinfokan secara detail, bahkan saya diberi kesempatan untuk VC.
Terima kasih sudah mengantarkan ibu saya sampai ke mobil ya untuk Suster Rahma, Suster Lonika dan Suster Leni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali berobat ke rs ini, alhamdullilah pas di igd suster dan dokter jaga gercep bgt penanganannya.. Sampe kami di rawat dilantai 4 kamar 468.. Terimakasih Dr. Puri & para suster & staff, kalian luar biasa ??menangapasien.
The first time I went to this hospital, thank God, when I was in the emergency room the nurse and doctor on duty were very fast in handling it.. Until we were treated on the 4th floor, room 468.. Thank you Dr. Puri & the sisters & staff, you guys are amazing taking care of the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak memuaskan, rawat inap bayi 1 bulan di gabung dengan anak anak.. Minta susu hangat di kasih dingin di bilang udah di hangatkan.. Terus perawatnya jutek .. Akhirnya saya putuskan pindah RS.. Padahal di situ tdk pake BPJS.. Apalagi pake BPJS.. Lebih parah kali
Unsatisfactory, hospitalization for 1 month baby was joined with children.. Asked for warm milk to be given cold and said it was warmed up.. Then the nurse was rude.. Finally I decided to move to the hospital.. Even though I didn't use BPJS there.. What's more BPJS.. Worse times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan disini sangat ramah cepat tanggap serta informatif. Sistem pendaftaran dan pembayaran sudah terintegrasi dengan cepat dan mudah. Dokter yang praktik pun sudah memiliki pengalaman serta banyak tenaga medis juga yang sudah berpengalaman. Good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya terus mengalami perbaikan. Skrining pasien sbagai syarat pendaftaran pasien bisa dilakukan secara mandiri dan online. Antrian bpjs banyak tapi relatif lebih cepat dan tidak menumpuk dibanding bbrapa bulan yang lalu. Fisioterapinya oke banget dan petugasnya juga ramah dan informatif kalau ditanya

There are many bpjs queues, but they are relatively faster and don't pile up compared to a few months ago. The physiotherapy is really good and the staff is also friendly and informative when asked
