★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dua kali saya di rawat inap di RSRL,
januari 2020 & April 2022, ada perbaikan yg saya rasakan dari tahun sebelum nya,yaitu bagai mana tenaga medis melayani lebih baik dan lebih telaten serta lebih ramah, terima kasih sudah melayani kami dgn hati ?
 Twice I was hospitalized at the RSRL,
January 2020 & April 2022, there is an improvement that I feel from the previous year, namely how the medical personnel serve better and are more patient and friendly, thank you for serving us with your heart ?

Bidan dan perawat yang luar biasa baik
Melakukan pelayanan dengan sangat baik
Kebersihan very clean, nyaman fasilitas terawat lengkap dan dijaga kebersihannya para petugas melakukan pekerjaan nya dengan sangat profesional tiap kamar dilakukan pembersihan rutin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya melahirkan sesar disini. Semuanya baik. dr. Imam, Sp.OG dan lainnya baik sekali. Para perawat juga baik.
Namun saya sarankan agar calon ibu untuk belajar IMD sebelum bersalin disini. Karena kurang pro ASI. Kalau perlu siapkan pompa asi dan gelas asi atau pipet.
Jangan kasih dot karena bayi akan bingung puting.
Tetap semangat untuk para calon Ibu.
I had a cesarean here. All good. dr. Priest, Sp.OG and others are very kind. The nurses are nice too.
However, I recommend that prospective mothers study IMD before giving birth here. Because it's not pro breastfeeding. If necessary, prepare a breast pump and a cup of breast milk or a pipette.
Do not give a pacifier because the baby will confuse the nipple.
Keep it up for moms-to-be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah sakit ini awalnya cukup baik . Tapi lama kelamaan menjadi sangat tidak baik. Kredibilitas dokter nya sangat tidak baik. Walaupun pasien pengguna BPJS, atau RS bisa BPJS seharus ada rasa kemanusiaan nya.
Sebagai contoh dokter sp BG dalam sangat tidak baik, beliau datang telat ,pasien numpuk tapi beliau sangat tidak profesional memasang muka dan cara yg menurut saya tidak enak. Sebagai wali dari pasien kami menanyakan hasil dr HD orang tua kami, eh malah disuruh ke bagian HD untuk membuat jadwal. Kami tanyakan keadaan orangtua pasca dirawat dan hd pertama dijawab dingin oleh dokter tersebut.
Memang tidak semua dokter seperti beliau sikap nya,tapi karna sikap beliau hampir saja orangtua kami meninggal.
Untuk kedepannya pihak rumah sakit bisa mengevaluasi kinerja dokter nya. Dan dokternya pun sebanyak apapun pasien dan menumpuk tetap lah ingat akan sumpah anda menjadi dokter.
The hospital was initially quite good . But over time it became very bad. The doctor's credibility is not very good. Even though patients who use BPJS, or hospitals can be BPJS, there must be a sense of humanity.
For example, the doctor in SP BG is not very good, he comes late, patients pile up but he is very unprofessional and puts on a face that I think is not good. As the patient's guardian, we asked our parents' HD results, but instead they were told to go to the HD department to make a schedule. We asked the condition of the parents after being treated and the doctor answered coldly for the first time.
Indeed, not all doctors are like him, but because of his attitude, our parents almost died.
In the future, the hospital can evaluate the performance of the doctor. And the doctor, no matter how many patients and piles up, still remember your oath to be a doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman berobat ke rumah sakit ini untuk anter ibu saya berobat cukup memuaskan. Mudah mudahan bisa d tingkatkan lagi pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit Rw Lumbu supaya bisa lebih baik lagi. Saran 1 Lagi mudah mudahan parkir mobil yang dulu d depan rumah sakit Rw Lumbu yang pinggir kali mungkin bisa di aktifkan lagi. Trims
The experience of going to this hospital to take my mother for treatment was quite satisfying. Hopefully, the Rw Lumbu hospital health services can be improved so that it can be even better. Suggestion 1 Again, hopefully the car park that used to be in front of the Rw Lumbu hospital which is next to the river may be reactivated. thanks
