★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa hari yang lalu sempet nengokin temen yang baru aja lahiran di Rumah Sakit ini, so far sih sama aja sama Rumah Sakit lainnya, cuma agak sepi aja klo dibandingin sama 2 Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak yang pernah saya kunjungi juga, disini juga anak2 boleh keluar masuk secara bebas, tapi di 2 tempat yang pernah saya kunjungi justru anak2 dilarang keras untuk masuk walaupun itu Ibu nya sendiri yang melahirkan, menurut saya pribadi masing2 ada plus minus nya sih soal peraturan ini, tapi ya itu tergantung preference aja sih.
 A few days ago I saw a friend who had just given birth in this hospital, so far it's the same as other hospitals, just a bit quiet when compared to the 2 Mother and Child Hospitals I've visited too, here also children can leave enter freely, but in 2 places I have visited, children are strictly forbidden to enter even though it is the mother herself who gave birth, in my personal opinion, each has its pluses and minuses about this rule, but it just depends on preference.

Very very bad service, long-winded registration administration and always joking with friends as if they don't respect their patients, the registration section also doesn't seem to understand the procedure, it's often complicated by disappointing registration

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wah gila banget gw pasien asuransi lagi perawatan gigi ditengah jalan alatnya rusak. Gw harus balik hari lain buat nyelesein perawatan. Menyita waktu banget. Untung dokter giginya cantik, baik, dan kompeten kalo ga males banget ke poli gigi sini. Tolong lah PENGELOLA POLI GIGI yang bener ngerawat alat anda! Sepintar apapun dokter gigi tanpa alat ya percuma.
Wow, I'm really crazy, I'm an insurance patient while having dental treatment in the middle of the road the tool is broken. I have to come back another day to finish the treatment. Very time consuming. Fortunately, the dentist is beautiful, kind, and competent if you're not too lazy to go to the dental clinic here. Please the DENTAL MANAGEMENT who really takes care of your tools! As smart as any dentist without tools, it's useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk sekali, nunggu antrian bidan hampir 2jam lebih padahal udah ada dokternya yg pake BPJS di belakangin yg bayar langsung di dahuluin, sampe ngambil obat lama bgt, alhasil kaga gua ambil obatnya saking lama nunggu nya
The service is very bad, waiting for the midwife's queue for almost 2 hours even though there is already a doctor who uses BPJS in the back who pays directly in advance, until I take the medicine it takes a long time, as a result I can't take the medicine because the wait is so long
