★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking lot is a bit messy, but that's quite understandable since it's currently under construction.
The staffs are friendly and informative and always on standby. They need more doctors tho, because they have too many patients and not enough doctors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad get hemodialysis in here , since the first time we felt so welcome by all the staffs. More over the nurses in the hemodialysis room, they treated us like Family. Appreciate a lot of their kind and fast response in any circumstances that we face due to taking care our parents .. 5 ⭐️ wouldn’t be enough to thank them . Barakallahu fiekum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was born here. The place is nice with aircon all over and fast response from the staffs. They have a very nice pediatrician and obgyns. Though they need more parking spots. As far as I know, they are building a new one just next to the main building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will be my last visit here because the doctors always late, the area always 'under maintenance', the building is small but high rate. After I visited, I checked on google where are the best hospital in Depok and no wonder, it's number 8th.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the point of making appointment (with HALODOC apps) if we have to do another registration with long queue. The service is very inefficient. Perhaps the management should learn more about LEAN.
Moreover, there is no priority even for pregnant women and elder person. For me personally it is okay, as I still have strength to wait. But if I have to go with my wife and parents. Certainly big no no.
