★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya rapi, awalnya kecil dan mulai ada pengembangan lokasi, penataan loket administrasi dan tempat periksa.
Langganan saya sekeluarga karena menunggu dokter masuk ruangan dan siap dipanggilnya tdk terlalu parah seperti klinik yang lain dan cocok.
Melayani :
1. praktek dokter umum (dokter+obat)
2. KB
3. Khitan
4. PCR, Antigen Covid (ada extra admin fee utk tes diatas jam 20.00)
5. Klinik kecantikan : suntik vit C , dst
6. Konsultasi dan monitor kehamilan dengan bidan (belum ada SPOG)
7. USG (dengan bidan) per 15 Jan 2022 harga masih IDR 100,000 sudah dapat cetak (cetak printer kertas HVS)
Belum ada :
1. Dokter praktek untuk kandungan - hanya ada bidan
2. Dokter gigi
3. Layanan BPJS
Kemudahan :
1. Pembayaran tunai, debit, transfer mbangking
Saran :
1. Ada kerjasama dengan BPJS
2. Alur registrasi diperjelas (masih suka berubah2, kadang daftar di depan, kdg langsung kedalam)
3. Mohon dipertahankan jangan lama2 menunggu dokter ready di ruangannya. Karena kebanyakan klinik2 yang ada lama menunggu dokter masuk ruangan bukan lama konsultasi.

Suggestion :
1. There is a collaboration with BPJS
2. The registration flow is clarified (still likes to change, sometimes register in front, sometimes go straight into)
3. Please maintain that you don't have to wait long for the doctor to be ready in his room. Because most of the existing clinics wait a long time for a doctor to enter the room, not a long consultation.
