1. Pelayanan ramah dan cekatan;
2. Dokter ahli dan suster cekatan;
3. Fasilitas lengkap: ICCU, ruang operasi, NICU, masjid;
4. Gedung dan fasilitas masih baru;
5. Pasien BPJS ditangani dengan baik.
Kekurangan:
1. Perawat dan tenaga medis masih kurang jumlahnya. Jadi kadang respon kurang cepat krn mereka sudah overload;
2. OB juga kurang jumlahnya;
3. Fasilitas kamar mandi, pispot karatan, dsb. kebersihannya masih kurang, mungkin krn jumlah tenaga kebersihan msh kurang.
I like this hospital because:
1. Friendly and nimble service;
2. Expert doctors and nimble nurses;
3. Complete facilities: ICCU, operating room, NICU, mosque;
4. Buildings and facilities are still new;
5. BPJS patients are treated properly.
Deficiency:
1. Nurses and medical personnel are still lacking. So sometimes the response is not fast enough because they have overloaded;
2. OB is also lacking in number;
3. Bathroom facilities, rusty bedpan, etc. cleanliness is still lacking, maybe because the number of cleaners is still lacking.
