Saya tidak berobat disini, tapi saya suka dengan suasana lingkungan dari puskesmas ini. Tempat parkirnya rimbun dengan pohon², enak buat yg nunggu. Parkiran memang terbatas buat mobil.

Br pertama ke puskesmas pekayon jaya untk tanya vaksin boster tp pelayanan dr penunggu karcis kurang enak , pdhl saya udh cek d gogle ada vaksin boster hari selasa/rabu. Saya jg udh daftar lwt link puskesmas pekayon jaya. Tlng dong pelayananan . Yg dtng itu bukan untk ngemis tp anjuran dr pemerintah jg .

Hari ini saya nemenin suami untuk vaksin booster , Sudah ngantri panjang dari PKL 7.30 pagi setelah sampai ke pendaftaran suami ditanya vaksin pertama menggunakan vaksin apa, kami tunjukan surtivikat dgn tertulis vaksin sinopham dan petugas mengatakan boleh vaksin bahkan saya konfirmasi kbali untuk meyakin kn jawabannya boleh , (petugas pendaftaran menggunakan krudung hitam org nya pun tidak ramah saya lihat banyak org di jawab dengan nada ketus dan keras ,dan bayak org juga komplen bilang galak, kemudian saya dapt nomor urut 44 saat sudah ngantriii panjang dan sudah di panggil dan lulus untuk pemeriksaan fisik kemudian ngantri Langsunh untuk penyuntikan namun pas di depan petugas yang akan menyuntikan vaksin kami ditanya kembali untuk vaksin pertama menggunakan apa, setelah di tunjukan kami di info tidak bisa booster karna vaksin sinopham (pukul 9.30) , terus dari situ kami menyampaikan knpa tidak di info dari pertama ngantri , petugas suntuk bilang sana ibu komplen saja ygkebagian pendaftaran td. # saya kecewa tidak profesional puskesmas yg saya percaya pelayanan bagus krna Memang rumah sakit EMC tempat saya bekerja,sering bekerjasama dengan pukesmas ini.
Today I accompanied my husband for the booster vaccine, there was a long queue from street vendors 7.30 in the morning after arriving at registration, my husband was asked which vaccine to use for the first vaccine, we showed a certificate with the sinopham vaccine written and the officer said it was possible to vaccinate, even I confirmed it again to make sure the answer is OK, (the registration officer uses a black hood, the person is not friendly, I see many people are answered in a curt and loud tone, and many people also complain and say fierce, then I got serial number 44 when I had a long queue and I was called and passed for a physical examination then queued up for the injection but right in front of the officer who will inject the vaccine we were asked again what to use for the first vaccine, after it was shown that we were told we couldn't booster because of the sinopham vaccine (9.30 am), then from there we conveyed why it wasn't informed from first in line, the officer was too late to say there was only mother complaining who got the share registration td. # I am disappointed that the health center is not professional, which I believe in good service, because indeed the EMC hospital where I work, often collaborates with this health center.

Baru mulai ke puskesmas lagi setelah sejak awal pandemi nggak ke puskesmas. Terimakasih banyak sekarang kondisi pendaftaran, sampai proses rujukan berjalan lebih lancar dan cepat. Dokter2 dan petugas2 nya juga sigap, ramah dan baik. Tukang parkir nya juga ramah melayani pertanyaan2. Mantap. Bagi yg peserta BPJS yg belum pernah ke puskesmas pekayon, berikut alurnya, semoga membantu Sehari sebelumnya, daftar online diaplikasi bagian pendaftaran pelayanan. Nanti dapat nomer booking. Tunjukkkan print screen (nomer booking) atau buka aplikasi ke satpam dan petugas pendaftaran sambil menunjukkan kartu bpjs dan kartu puskesmas (bagi yg sudah pernah berobat di puskesmas tsb). Lalu ke gedung rawat jalan belakang parkiran. Langsung duduk manis, nunggu dipanggil petugas untuk cek berat badan dan tensi. Lalu masuk kamar praktek dokter sesuai urutan. Lalu ke loket serahkan map status pasien. Duduk manis lagi nunggu dibuatin surat rujukan bagi yg harus dirujuk ke faskes berikutnya. Kurang lebih 30 menit selesai semuanya. Mari rajin bayar iuran BPJS karena sangat membantu baik bagi kita maupun bagi orang lain yg membutuhkan. Semoga kedepannya akan semakin baik pelayanannya. Dan semakin sejahtera semuanya. Amin.

Then enter the doctor's practice room in order. Then go to the counter to hand over the patient status map. Sitting still waiting for a referral letter to be made for those who must be referred to the next health facility. More or less 30 minutes all done.
