★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the wee hours of an early morning (either 28, 29, or 30 September 2021) I rushed my lovely wife to the emergency of this hospital due to the unbearable abdominal pain which had been going on for several days. Both pain killer through the rectum and paracetamol had been given but the pain persisted.
Two nurses welcomed us nicely and helped my wife to get onto the bed. Shortly after the vital signs check, the doctor came to handle my wife.
All of the crew did their best to my wife to reduce her pain. A shot was injected.
For you who didn't notice, submitted to the emergency when you're only covered by national healthcare means that the doctor will be the one who decides whether or not you pay from your own pocket for the service of the emergency.
I read on the wall that the doctor on duty for that shift was doctor Yong (I can't recall his first name).
With a kind heart, he silently decided that the service was to be billed to national healthcare, and I only found this out when I had finished with the administration officer.
When I got myself back in the emergency area, my wife was so much better, resting in bed.
The nurses allowed me to take my wife home, but doctor Yong wasn't there. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to thank him, but we thanked the nurses there.
What he did to us was humanity from the heart.

Despite of being 1 or 2 kilo from the main street of Yos Sudarso, it is easily accessible as there are numbers of sign boards directing to the hospital.
Parking is another challenge here, but they provide vallet service as well. Need not to worry.
Staffs are nice, ready to support and provide information especially related to the service we need.
Doctors are good, willing to spare their time for our consultation.
Atm centres are available inside, from some major Indonesian bankings.
Bpjs is accepted as well.
Lunch and breakfast for medical check up are the best compare to surrounding hospitals in sunter, kelapagading, cempaka putih areas. They offer some alternative menus for us.
Again.... Really love their service.

Went here as outpatient and inpatient.
Administration went well, never had any issues, including coordination with insurance company.
We can check doctors schedule and book via website which is quite convenient.
Doctors and nurses are sooooo kind!
I had good/great experience during my inpatient period, the nurses had served me so kind and they understand well enough and able to answered my questions.
Meals provided here for inpatients are tasty, and nice!
But they had limited parking lot here, there's no basement.
