★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom in law was in emergency room because she had a severe stomachache. I was at the adm table in the ER to register for the ER. But the doctor rushed me to get registered for hospitalization, though she had yet to examined her. She only poked my mom's tummy, without even got check on my mom's vital. She had never explained the diagnoses until I paid for the down payment of the hospilalization, whilst my husband was urged to buy the meds needed for the ER from the pharmacy.
After all the ruckuss, my mom in law was hospitalized for three days. Though she got an upgraded room, the service was very poor. She got checked regularly only buy a student nurse (those in vocational school, not even a college one!!!) without any supervision from the professional nurse. The doctor only visit twice, and we never got the result of examination my mom had gone through, I.g x-rays, cardiograph.
We paid all the meds needed daily. We didn't even use the so called BPJS yet the very poor service we got

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place after following a mass at St. Thomas Catholic Church which has the same entrance with it and Koperasi Teratai Mandiri.
The building looked good and new. At front there is a big sign board mentioning its various services. Outpatient registration is in the center front of the building while the right section of the front building (with red painted wall) is the emergency department.
