Kalau mau imunisasi kalau bisa jangan disini , pendaftaran ga genah, udah ada mesin nomer antrian kaga kepakeeeee yg ada dluan dtg taro buku dia duluan lha.... Dah ditumpuk malah keacak urutan buku sama adminnya ditanya ulang lagi adminya keder tanya balik "bpk udah daftar tadi?" Kocak,,, apalagi penjaga nya gedung ga jelas arahan nya ambil antrian nti dtg aja sesuai antrian ga koperatif dan simpang-siur.

Dokternya responsive, tp sebelum masuk ke ruangan dokter, di ruang tindakan langsung ditanya "kerja dmn? ini emangnya mau gak masuk berapa hari?" dan gak ditensi tp di buku tensi saya ditulis asal. Pas masuk ruang dokter malah disuruh balik lg krn blm ditensi. Gak banget deh pelayanannya. Bisa lapor ke dinkes ga sih? Parah banget.

Pelayanan ramah, tim nya menangani saya secara responsif dan profesional. Sayangnya pas saya berobat ada beberapa pasien sebelum saya yang terlihat sehat tapi minta surat sakit secara paksa dan mengancam petugas, memalukan.

Di bagian pendaftaran ibu2 rada tua pakai hijab dia judes banget ngomongnya kasar, lalu saat ambil resep bukannya cepat2 ini malah ngobrol haha hihi sama karyawan lainnya, gak pantas berperilaku seperti itu ya. Pelayanan jelek !!!

sangat mengecewakan dalam menangani Vaksinasi terutama dokter sabrina banyak yang mengeluh dengan sikap nya, yang kurang elok terhadap masyarakat, seharusnya sebagai dokter harus lemah lembut terhadap pasien nya ,,,ini sangat judes

Buruuuuukkk... baru disini sy dtg ke puskesmas kecewa parah.. pdhal baru nanya doank di bagian pendaftaran luar, sy nanya dgn baik sm petugas yg berdiri, dijawab baik,, eh yg duduk yg pegang tensi pagi malah ikutan ngomong, itupun sy baik2 dan dgn sopan krn emg ga tau proses nya seperti apa krn sy warga ngontrak,, eh malah dibentak2 sm petugas yg tensi td, pdhal sy ngomong nya sm yg berdiri td lho.. sudah dibentak jg, sy masih terima mungkin dy capek,, tp kok sampe rmh keinget itu malah jd kesel ya.. sayang, sy ga tau nama org tsb.. Hei mbaa.. cakep2 kok galak sih..? apakah spt itu pelayanan kpd masyarakat yg memang sama sekali ngga tau prosesnya? Mohon diperbaiki lg attitude nya yess.. sy liat review nya di puskesmas ini jg ngga ada yg bagus.. Fyi, sy dtg kesana jam 9 pagi..

Pelayanannya sangat lama, kecewa bgt, tidak ramah ke pasien, etika dokter tidak baik, dan kebanyakan ngobrol. Udah gitu minta surat rujukan baru aja susah. Padahal saya minta surat rujukan baru atas perintah dokter rs. Andika, karena surat yg lama tidak bisa diinput oleh rs. Tolong diperbaiki. Dan saya akan lapor ke dinkes
