★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini adalah perumahan islami yang berada di kawasan elite Galaxy kota Bekasi. Aksesnya bagus, jalan menuju ke lokasi sudah dicor mulus dan muat untuk papasan 2 mobil. Dari pintu tol dan stasiun LRT (sedang dibangun) juga tidak jauh.
Luas lahan kurang lebih 2200 meter. Menyediakan sekitar 22 unit rumah/kavling yang bisa dibeli tunai atau dicicil langsung ke developer. Tanpa KPR Bank, sehingga aman dari riba. Untuk rumah bisa request 1 lantai atau 2 lantai. Sayangnya, tenor maximal kredit hanya 4 tahun, meski masih dimungkinkan nego.
Berdasarkan keterangan dari warga sekitar, lokasi perumahan ini aman dari banjir. Air tanahnya juga bagus.
Saat ini masih tahap land clearing, serah terima bangunan sekitar 18 bulan sejak pelunasan DP.
