 A boarding house which is well maintained, comfortable and safe. Can be used for singles (for girls only) and newlyweds (couples).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost yang baru launching pada bulan Maret 2019. Setiap kamar memiliki kamar mandi sendiri dan mesin cuci Laundry berbayar via aplikasi untuk cuci pakaian. Kamar kost ada yang bulanan dan ada sedikit yang harian.
New boarding was launched in March 2019. Each room has its own bathroom and a laundry laundry machine is paid via an application for washing clothes. Boarding rooms are monthly and there are few daily ones.

The board is super comfortable. The first night I slept soundly. Miss Deya, Ms. Ratna and Mas Dedi are all very nice and very friendly. Can refill water as much as you like. The bathroom is brushed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat strategis. Di belakang jalan utama daan mogot. Dapat diakses dari arah pasar cengkareng atau satpas SIM.
Bangunan bagus berlantai dimana di lantai dasar tersapat laundry. Dimana penghuni mendapatkan harga khusus yaitu cuci sendiri seharga 20 rb maksimal 7kg.
Untuk harga kosan 1,6jt perbulan, kamar mandi dalam, belum termasuk token listrik.
Kamar tidak terlalu besar tapi cukup untuk yang single. Peraturan disini tidak boleh masak didalam kamar dan tidak tersedia pula fasilitas dapur, akan tetapi dari pihak kosan menawarkan catering jika bersedia.
Strategic place. Behind the main road of Daan Mogot. It can be accessed from the Cengkareng market or SIM security guard.
Nice building with two floors where on the ground floor there is a laundry. Where residents get a special price, namely washing yourself for 20 thousand a maximum of 7 kg.
For the price of a boarding house of 1.6 million per month, the bathroom is in, not including electricity tokens.
The room is not too big but enough for a single. The regulations here are not allowed to cook in the room and there are no kitchen facilities available, but the boarding house offers catering if you are willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for almost 3months. The ground floor is for married couple. The rest are for ladies. Free drink, bathroom inside, aircon, laundry machine (pay), secure access with fingerprint, free clean the bathroom and aircon service every 2weeks (u need to ask the host). Location near the market and there's a lot of food stalls at night around the kost
