Penumpang yang baru kalau tanya itu dijelaskan baik² dengan nada suara yang sopan, malau nggak paham komunikasi sama pelayanan yg bagus pecat aja kenek² kalian itu......
 Service is inadequate with the price, ask, answer, don't use it, what kind of service is that ...
The new passenger, if asked, is explained carefully in a polite voice tone, if you don't understand communication with the good service, just fire your people ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya belum pernah naik bis Rosalia. Cuman mama saya bilang enak. Nyaman. Tetapi pas saya otw ke purwokerto awal juli ternyata bis nya saja mogok sampai 3x ?? dr Tangerang jam 5 sore-sampai Pwt jam 11 siang. Karena ada macet juga di tol Bekasi- Kerawang nya.
I have never been on a Rosalia bus. Only my mom said it's delicious. Comfortable. But when I went to Purwokerto in early July, it turned out that the bus just broke down to 3x ?? from Tangerang at 5 pm - until 11:00 Pwt. Because there is traffic jam in the Bekasi-Kerawang toll road too.
