Pelayanannya tidak ramah sama sekali , teruntuk mbak mbak yang kemarin jaga . Tidak tau namanya siapa ,di posisi id express bumiindah.
Masalah kantor bersih , drpd ekspedisi yg lain ,
Ditingkatkan aja masalah customer servicenya.
For id express, if you choose cs, be more selective, don't choose employees who are really rude.
The service is not friendly at all, especially Ms. Ma'am, who was on duty yesterday. Don't know what his name is, in the position of id express bumiindah.
Clean office problem, than other expeditions,
