★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Latihan tiap pertemuan sama. Anak jadi bosan. Coach kurang berinteraksi dengan anak. Anak yg malu/takut mereka dicuekin.
Training at each meeting is the same. Children get bored. Coach lacks interaction with children. Children who are shy / afraid they are ignored.

Untuk Anak2 yg kehadirannya bagus, dpt kaos ukuran besar (gak boleh tuker) sekalipun gak bs dipakai oleh anak, terus untuk term ini, gift ditujukan untuk orangtua (mom), tapi ukuran yg di buat malah lebih pas dipake untuk anak (Aneh!) lagi2 kaos gak bs ditukar ukuran #ini Aneh bin ajaib#kayak kenal dan tau aja posture mom nya# untuk tuker gift jg tidak bisa,.. Alasannya macem2, jadi kalo kita member ada 3 anak, dpt deh tuh kaos buat mom yang ukuran nya gak jelas itu, 3 pcs! #paling menyebalkan!
Note: kalo mau bikin gift yg katanya bertujuan awal supaya Anak2 semangat itu yaaa sebisanya mungkin semenggah lah

Gifts rockstar mengecewakan!
Gift per term is not attractive at all (bad) tends to disappoint!
For children whose presence is good, can be a large size shirt (not allowed to change) even if it cannot be worn by children, then for this term, the gift is intended for parents (mom), but the size that is made is even more appropriate for children to use (Odd!) again, the t-shirt can't be exchanged in size not clear it, 3 pcs! #miss annoying!
Note: if you want to make a gift that is said to have an initial purpose so that the spirit of the Children is as good as possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rockstar gym melakukan pendebitan biaya CC secara sepihak tanpa persetujuan orang tua dan tidak ada kejelasan atau pernyataan resmi dari pihak rockstar mengenai solusi dari masalah ini. Orang tua banyak yang komplain di IG namun tidak ada respon yang jelas mengenai pengambilan biaya ini. Sama saja seperti perampokan ya. Shame on u, rock star!
Rockstar gym debited CC fees unilaterally without parental consent and there is no clarity or official statement from Rockstar regarding the solution to this problem. Many parents complain on IG but there is no clear response regarding this fee. It's like a robbery huh. Shame on u, rock star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the peak of covid in 2021 they were not following sterile covid protocols, so I opted out of the semi-private 3-session classes at Neoshoho branch, I used to sign up for.
I had not visited or signed up for any sessions with them ever since (June2021). To my surprise in December 2021, without any prior notice, information or update from Rockstar — I was charged for a premium membership for Plaza Indonesia branch (that I had NEVER requested or signed up for — I didn't even know that Plaza Indonesia had re-opened).
Once I dug deeper into this issue — I realised I was corresponding with the manager at the plaza Indonesia branch coincidentally the same person whom I used to coordinate my semi-private-classes teacher with?!
Without any proof of any membership form signed by me, they continued to charge my credit card from December 2021 to March 2022.
Misusing using a parent's credentials for monetary gains is absolutely unacceptable.
So for all moms and dad's wanting to start a membership — please be very very cautious about giving your billing details or credit card information to their accounts team — they are a 100% capable of taking undue advantage and billing you for maintenance free and premium memberships to make easy money.
