Well worth it. You will never regret coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time i join the training in ultima was suprise with coach attitude. One of them talk rude to other member thats make atmosphere not fun and akward. If you train with seriously its ok but no need humiliate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I trained here was in the end of July 2020 and paid for 5x visits. Then I decided to take unlimited 2 months package because I LOVE THIS PLACE and am started to like Muay Thai! The front ladies are polite and the coaches are funny, friendly, but also serious when it was time for practice. They were pushing me to practice harder and try to step up my limit. They won't force me to practice if I kinda felt dizzy because I have a hypotension.
Can't wait to practice again! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't really care about the foreigners. Just tell them to shadowbox until class is finished ?. Don't really need any gym to do that. You can just do it in your home.
Also, went to some classes where there is a toxic group of people that bashes other people that doesnt hang with the said group.
Long story short, trainers defended them and suffice to say, I won't be coming back.
Do I recommend this to new comers? No.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned to write this review when I left Jakarta, but after reading a couple bad reviews, I felt like I needed to refute them. I am a foreigner and have been going to this gym for 4 months. I have gone to dozens of classes at Ultima - weekends, mornings, evenings and in the middle of the day. Most of the time I am the only white dude in the class that speaks very little Bahasa. The instructors are fantastic! Always friendly and encouraging you to do your best. They are constantly providing instruction to all of the students. They smile, they joke, they are always friendly, and they are truly professional instructors for all skill levels. Not once was anyone ever rude to me, nor did I ever witness any instructor or staff being rude to anyone. The local students have been welcoming to me in all my classes - they greet, smile and talk to foreigners just like anyone else. If I lived in Jakarta, I would 100% join this gym with my family. I will take home many great highlights and memories with me from Jakarta, and the instructors at Ultima will be one of them. I will truly miss Ultima and the instructors when I leave. Without a doubt I would recommend this gym to all skill levels, kids to adults - anyone that wants to get great workouts, top notch instruction, or seeks to make a career in MMA. Terima kasih Ultima for an incredible gym experience in Jakarta!
