★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liat review banyak yang komplen di pembayaran. Biaya pendaftaran 288rb. Per bulan ikut yang VIP non commitment 1488rb katanya bisa batal kapanpun tanpa kena denda. Karena baru coba ikut, jadi belum bisa review, nanti diliat dulu apakah ada masalah pembayaran kebelakang nya.
Kalau untuk kelasnya overall cukup banyak dan menyenangkan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah pernah berlangganan rockstar Gym untuk anak saya yang pertama di sept 2019 sampai Jan 2019 lalu karena mau melahirkan anak kedua saya , saya harus ke Bandung jadi saya memberhentikan member saya..karena waktu itu belum ada di Bandung, ternyata kena 500.000 denda karena belum 6 bulan. Ditambah ada 1 coach yang kurang professional .. salah satu coach kelas Dance.. Lalu saya bertemu dengan salah satu sales rockstar Gym namanya Mark ..dia nawar2in lagi program rockstar dengan sangat giat dan intense menghubungi.. akhirnya saya menyetujui untuk jadi member rockstar gym lagi.. tapi setelah saya masuk .. malah sulit dihubungi sales itu.. saya mau mulai di rockstar Gym bulan November 2021.. dan diperbolehkan..tapi tiba2 ada autodebet biaya 118.000 .. tanpa kejelasan itu apa.. kemudian saya hubungi sales nya Rockstar Gym Mark namanya..sulit sekali .. payah ini rockstar Gym ..harus autodebet tapi jadi sembarangan autodebet.. saya sudah bayar biaya pendaftaran cash..untuk apa lagi dipotong 118.000 padahal kelas belum mulai..dan biaya bulanan juga mahal 1 juta lebih.. Hati2 deh sama rockstar Gym .. main debet2 sembarangan..sales tidak profesional , tidak bisa dihubungi.
 I've subscribed to Rockstar Gym for my first child in September 2019 to Jan 2019 and because I wanted to give birth to my second child, I had to go to Bandung so I terminated my member...because it wasn't in Bandung at that time, it turned out that I was subject to a 500,000 fine for not being 6 months. Plus there is 1 coach who is less professional.. one of the coaches is Dance class.. Then I met one of the sales of Rockstar Gym named Mark ..he offered another rockstar program with very active and intense contact.. finally I agreed to become a member of the Rockstar Gym again.. but after I entered.. it's even difficult to contact the sales.. I want to start at Rockstar Gym in November 2021.. and it's allowed.. but suddenly there is an auto-debit fee of 118,000 .. without clarity on what it is.. then I contacted the sales Rockstar Gym Mark is the name.. it's very difficult.. this sucks Rockstar Gym ..must autodebit but so carelessly autodebit.. I already paid the cash registration fee..what else is cut 118,000 even though class hasn't started yet..and the monthly fee is also expensive 1 million more.. Be careful with Rockstar Gym.. playing with random debits.. unprofessional sales, can't be contacted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seenaknya charge biaya di kartu kredit, padahal pas masuk sama salesnya bilangnya “tidak dikenakan biaya apapun lagi jika tidak berlanjut kelas” hati2 masuk sini ya semuanya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya baru daftar utk anak saya bulan 5. Tiba tiba hari ini 15 Juli tiba tiba dikenakan tagihan 118.000 tanpa kejelasan apapun. Saya telpon diangkat tapi tidak ada suara. saya hubungi via WA ke salesnya juga tidak ada jawaban. Padahal diawal saya sudah tanya jika hingga bulan 8 pemerintah masih belum mengizinkan utk masuk kelas secara Daring, apakah akan dikenakan biaya? Dijawab tidak akan ada biaya hingga kelas dibuka.
Jadi pertanyaannya 118rb itu biaya apa yah???
